@Derlerks123 Well then welcome to the guild and whatnot. I look forward to RPing with you as well.

That being said, looking over your sheet I noticed something rather peculiar. Specifically its the numbers for your military. On top of your military simply being larger than the United States Military today (not that crazy on its own, our military is entirely volunteer based and for the most part is scaled for "Peace time" operations), with just your active duty forces your military is nearly half the total population of your nation! That wouldn't be sustainable in a fully functioning modern nation, let alone a country born out of the ashes of the end times. I would heartily suggest you revise those numbers something fierce.

@Commodore Robot I've edited my total population accordingly, so a little less than 1/3 of the 3rd population is active duty :)

While I'm fine with the RP getting started now, there were just a few things I'm going to be correcting or expanding on my NS, if that's alright. In particular, there were some things I wanted to clarify or alter in the military section, if that's okay with you. I don't intend to do anything stupidly broken or what not, of course. Mostly just being more specific on what I actually have and don't have.

EDIT: Also, how close is technology to Fallout?

Yes, I'm totally fine with you editing your NS, and it's 2050's tech, such as someone pointed out on pg.1 would have early laser rifles

Nah, I only ever wanted an elite formation with power armor. It'll be by no means common.

By the way, may I ask why someone has the majority of Europe? You know, Germany was its own country, and Britain was its own country, and etc...

And Germany is like a supernation. Even after getting the snot beaten out of them two world wars in a row, they're still global leaders in economics and such. If they weren't nuked to oblivion, they'd likely just be their own nation again.

The difference between post WWII Germany and post-apocalyptic Germany is that there is no America to empty her coffers in order to rebuild Europe this go round. If Germany or any other nation in WWII had to foot the bill of their own rebuilding then they probably wouldn't bounce back so easily. Add in radiation, mutants, and all kinda of other goodies and I think it's pretty plain to see how things get so fucked. Plus I imagine that like most major nations all the important cities likely did get nuked.

Also I'm noticing something that I see quite a bit in NRPs. Specifically people bloating out their militaries to quite heavy degrees. I'd personally recommend that all y'all with millions of troops may want to lower those numbers by a pretty heavy margin. Those numbers are total war numbers, there's no way that they'd be sustainable in the long term or even the short-medium term. I may even go so far as to say reduce your stuff by a factor of 10. Half a million soldiers is a totally massive army at any point in history until the First World War, and in that case supporting those multi-million man armies lead to mass starvation in some nations. Again it's not really my place to demand things of people, I'm just throwing out a helpful recommendation and pointing out the scale of things.

You see, when your army is of millions big, and you are of post nuclear holocaust world, your fellow soldiers are not only embiggening, but also abundant food source in event of death.

ps. I'm uncertain of whether y'all mean full on battleships in the sense of the class of warship, or whether you merely mean warships. If the former, there's been a lot of museum raids going on across the US. Either that or resurgent interest in battleship construction.
