Haha, no. Technology is the same as it is in the year 1835. That means rifles barrels and steam powered warships are cutting edge.

Well, a Nehelanian, Zellonian or Skeptonian will eventually deduce that a steam powered warship is superior and it'll become the norm. This isn't steampunk however so airships won't ever become practical. After steam ships armored cruisers will become popular in the 1850's. The tech follows our own, give or take depending on wars. The history however, is up to the players.

Those that require signing, eg, the Amalgamation treaty put out by Skeptoni or the treaty of friendship between Nehelenia and Thennia.

Nehelania spent an Action Point on that. The Amalgamation Treaty doesn't have anything to do with Skeptoni so it doesn't require an Action Point. It if involved Skeptoni it would.

Yeah I guess I may have not been super clear on my position in the creation of that treaty.
Basically in IC I am the third party brought in by Fulric to help create a fair treaty that doesn't punish either party and basically just help bring them closer together. (Although behind every deed that comes out of the kindness of Skeptoni's heart we do have some to gain if the treaty goes our way.)

EDIT: Official canon, there are now two distinct religions. Gladvianism, and the Corthide Church. Gladvians are sexy pagans worshipping the almighty Saint, while Corthides are effeminate God worshippers who wear white cloaks and molest small children.

Edit: The reason I haven't done a post is because, at the moment, I have nothing exactly to report on within my nation so once we get some big news I'll actually have something substantial to post.
