Brenner silently opens the window, making a quick circuit of the room to kill the lights before returning to the window. Wetting a finger to test wind speed and direction as a contemplative look grows on his face. Stretching the long rubber band, the old man takes careful aim at a hand plow "Last chance to clear the room, boys." he says, letting the band fly before closing the window and ducking down out of view.

The rubber band flies its trajectory and hits an unsuspecting skeleton's hollow skull. A sound echoes when it hit, and the skeleton paused his work, but it didn't seem to affect anything else. Instead, some heads turned to the sound of the window being abruptly closed. There are sounds and growls, and soon three of the nearby workers, a nimble skeleton and two shambling zombies, branch off to head towards the inn.

After a few moment, Brenner cautiously peers over the window sill to see the approaching undead "Contact made, appear aggressive but not actively hostile. React to sound but not physical contact. he draws the notebook and scribbles a not at the back, sliding it back into a pocket and taking stock of the resources in the room "two lamps, two beds, two tables. Not the best environment for a brawl but I can work with this. if push comes to shove."

"Damn this to hell. I am going to head in the bathroom. I am not prepared to allow my body for entenal work." Said William. He picks up his bag and quickly makes his way to the bathroom at the end of the hall.

As William walks towards the bathroom, from far away he sees something attached to the door. Going closer, the object becomes more visible, and it appears to be a piece of paper taped to the wooden door. "OUT OF ORDER" was written on the note, but upon closer inspection, the bathroom was not locked, however there's a terrible stench emanating from inside.

"Shit. I need a hiding spot." William decides to hide in plain sight. He goes down stairs, sit on one of the couches and read a pamphlet.

William successfully arrives and sits down at the chair in the lobby. As he picked up the pamphlet, his eyes meet with the innkeeper's, whom still sits behind his counter. The innkeeper is reading an old book, and when he notices William, his expression turns irritated.

"What are you doing? I'm sure you've seen them by now... Do you really think staying on ground level is your best option?" the innkeeper says, then chuckles. "Anyway... I have no idea where they come from, but they've been coming like this for a long time now. Just don't go out, and try not to attract attention."

A few seconds after this, sounds of rushed footsteps come closer and closer, then the front door bursts open. It's the driver, and he's bleeding from his right shoulder. He immediately sees William. "HOLY SHIT WE GOTTA GET OUT OF HERE. GET YOUR FRIENDS AND SHIT THERE'S FREAKING ZOMBIES IN HERE!"

Seeing Brenner flinging rubber bands at the zombies and William going downstairs, Emmett reckons that if William's going to be a blockhead, he might as well be a blockhead with a barricaded door. Emmett gets his pack and goes downstairs to meet William. He hears the commotion as he descends and sees the bloody bus driver screaming about the zombies they saw upstairs.

"Sir, get in, now." Emmett moves to shut the main doors and tries to find something to barricade it with. "The crazy old man shot one of his rubber bands at a zombie. I think they're coming after us."

@Camerch"I think the tables and couch es the heaviest things here. I need a first aid kit." Says William to everyon in the room. He takes out his hip flask. There is still a little left. Good thinks William. "Innkeeper, please get a first aid kit if you have one. Emmett I will help you move furniture since the driver kinda lured some zombies too. Bus driver, sit and shut up until I tend to your wounds and I mean it."

The innkeeper laughs at what happened. He looks at Emmett holding a worried grin. "Young man, the rubber band is the least of our problems. Mister hysterical may have called them here." He crouches down behind the counter, and soon appears back with a small, old first aid kit. He places it on top of the counter. "Here's my only first aid kit. Mind you, I have no idea how to use it."

The bus driver has his hands on his hair, pulling in his frustration. He makes no noise now, but still obviously in a state between panic and shock. He sits down on a chair, clutching his wounded shoulder.

Emmett's search for possible barricades yields some results. In the immediate area, there's a couple of old wooden chairs, one large sofa, a coffeetable, and a tall but narrow bookshelf. Attempting to barricade the door may at least slow any whom will attempt to break in, but doing so will cause more noise.

"That is fine. I did a first aid course , not too long ago." Says William to the Innkeeper. William takes stock of the kit. Minimal good quality ointment. Decent amount of bandages. "This will have to do for now." William goes over to the driver and says to him " I need you to remove your shirt so I can clean your wound." William takes a little bit of bandage and wets it with the remains in his hip flask. To the driver "Ready?"

While Willaim helps the bus driver, Emmett gets to work on moving the couch.
"Sir," he says to the innkeeper, "could you give me a hand with this thing?"
