"Ginko" can be comfortably placed into the silent companion stereotype, as she doesn't like to talk much or at all really... She just wants to get straight to business and get it over with, without having to go through all the drama. Her morals or clear lack of them allows her to do unspeakable things that most girls her age wouldn't do, but being a Magical Girl isn't any shape or form normal so its fine. She isn't afraid of manipulating other people and taking advantage at any point that she can during a battle but likes to keep at least a few acquaintances who would not backstab her. Keeping a cautious eye out for anything or one that would try to undermine her, making sure to keep up her walls nice and high up.
Background:
Ginko remembered being a Magical Girl for the longest time, living this cursed life but before all of this, it wasn't so bad. She was actually a good girl, who studied and did her schoolwork with great hopes for living and looking forward to the future. She was one day plucked from her everyday normal life which was looking quite great for her despite the circumstances but was turned into a Magical Girl as she entered High School at the near end spectrum of the possible age for girls to become a Magical girl.
She entered the new world as a neutral unknown figure, understanding the politics and war that went on between the Magical Girls and the unneeded killing. Her family was eventually thrown into the middle of a situation where they were a part of the collateral damage of a 'cleansing' of either the Order or whatever this 'Elysium' group was. This world was simply too hard for Ginko to handle herself now with nothing to anchor her to the human world, she fully immersed herself as a Magical Girl becoming a Bounty Hunter and ruthless assassin. Taking out both Magical Girls of the Order, Elysium and those who were neutral but being converted onto either of their sides.

Magical Weapon:
SpellBlaster: A sniper rifle capable of loading magical energy into it and firing it instead of using bullets, using spells and launching them at its desired target. It's quite yet powerful nature is unnerving as it does not make any sound like a normal weapon, making it difficult for opponents to detect before the start of combat. As the fired shots deal concentrated damage on a single target or shoot a large cannon beam as an AoE by switching ammunition and modes. It is capable of shooting at long ranges but requires time to reload after each shot fired, making it handy to carry extra ammunition beforehand.
Magical Incantations:
Pierce: A non-elemental spell which does exactly as it says on the tin. Loading it into the Spellblaster, its magical potency and piercing capabilities are increased exponentially. Capable of piercing even the thickest of armor, it is a deadly skill when the target is idly standing around but sadly is only useful as a 1st shot. As after firing the 1st shot, the projectile is simply too small to fire at the target with such a long distance in between. If this ability kills a Magical Girl it is capable of capturing their magical energy and returning it back to Ginko.
Obliterate: Another non-elemental spell which has its effect labeled on the cookie tin. It's destructive potency is unnerving as it can damage the environment that it hits, and can cause craters in mountains at full power. While not as concentrated as Pierce, the projectile size from Obliterate is literally a magical laser beam the size of a cannon ball that bulldozes whatever is in its path to rubble. However, after firing one of these, those with a trained eye can locate the position where she fired it from due to the large size of the projectile. Or they can just be strong enough to obliterate the general area that they think it was fired... either or really.
The Zone: A combination of using both magical energy and Adrenaline to completely immerse herself in energized focused state. Being capable of performing a single action at a speed near instantaneously or over a duration at a lower but longer rate. In instantaneously uses, this can only apply to actions that can happen in a few seconds in which Ginko's complete focus will be used to speed whatever she is doing. Such as throwing out a few really quick punches that may be too fast to see for some people, or maybe speed blitz a short distance as if she teleported but in Ginko's specific case, she can load and fire a bullet really quick to perform a double tap. In sustained use of the Zone, Ginko's stamina and speed are increased but the boost in speed is considerably less. The Zone can only be used once at full effect, before decreasing the potency to a 3rd of the effect after each cumulative use, but the duration of The Zone can last until she either runs out of stamina or she escapes a threat. If the case is that Ginko runs out of stamina, she cannot use this ability due to exhaustion.
