@CLIWA suggestion:
I see potential there where I marked in the lake, perhaps an island in honor of the books could be added or something more creative like an abandoned platform or the likes right there. It would be convenient for both clans to meet there if we ever have such a gathering.


Getting over there would be the problem. Perhaps an old bridge or fallen tree? But that would require the island to be closer to the edge of the lake.

Maybe natural debris like sand bars, jutting stones, half-rotten logs, etc. could provide a convoluted path to the island? Or the island could be on the northern edge of the lake, OR it could be a little peninsula on the north (or south?) side to make things even simpler. I do like the idea of an island, as a nod to the books.

@ViolentVioletWell both ideas I have depend on winter. If the lake is small I was thinking that maybe in the middle of the lake there would be an old ferry (we could say scientists were studying plants native to that lake) that collided with some rocks and got stuck there. However if the lake is large there could be an abandoned research platform instead. The way to reach them would be when the lake froze on winter but there could be the remains of an old pier that starts in the grey thing on the map that marks the border and connects with the platform (We could use the tree if the lake is small). So those are my suggestions but it's up to you @OtterTerror.

And then the awkward clan meeting there there's a really bad storm and they can't make it back to the main land and the island sinks and they all die. The end.

Lol so I was reading your post and you wanted to have Burrpelt interact with some female felines (XD)? Lol I can add Spottedblossom to my post now if you want to interact with her? She isn't busy at the moment honestly. Just waking up with the kits. And if Brimpelt got hold of Harepaw that apprentice would be begging for mercy in no time XD

These are my options as to not become a carbon copy of the books, but if you want an actual island that's fine with me too. I'm just throwing suggestions out there in case you like one.

Hmm we do need a gathering place. xD My original intent was for it to be in the unclaimed area but I think that's better left open to other possibilities. I think an island or the peninsula idea would work the best in the case. I like the old ferry idea too but I feel as though the cats would just generally avoid things made by twolegs. That's just my opinion though. c:

@ViolentViolet Harepaw would still accept the challenge though xD

@ViolentViolet We never said the BoulderClan patrol exited the camp yet. :)

I agree, I don't think Clan cats would go near Twoleg things for something as important as a Gathering place. A small peninsula would probably work best, I think, or an island.

And regardind the boat/platform all of you are right with the twoleg thing, I honestly did not think about that but most of your cats lived in barns or used to be kittypets from what I could read so they may not be so reluctant to gather in an abandoned twoleg place anyway.

I thought so too, but I also thought that they might want to distance themselves from their old lives and affirm their Clanship by staying away from Twolegs. I think there's arguments for either option.
