@Aisling I guess the problem is spotted, then. It's not the Mexicans, not the rich and not the Muslims either. It's the laws that allow this to happen.

@CountDracula

My point is that Mexicans do not have to go to these agencies. Some of the food pantries have made people show proof of residence and 1 proof must be a valid driver's license. Mexicans do not get driver's license for some odd reason. The one that I go to if I have to go get food has changed the policy of how the food is given out. The Mexicans no longer come to the one I go to.

@Aisling I think changing the laws that cause such problems would be better than banning Mexicans and Muslims. And if you go by who has to pay taxes, you'd have to ban the rich as well... and that means... good-bye, Trump.

I'd place anyone rich, poor, middle class and it doesn't matter what ethnic group, into a a special debtor's cell until they pay their taxes or ship them back to where they came from if they could not prove that they are a US citizen.
That would go for any crime as well.

What do you think of this picture that I made? I tried to make it look like it was 3 D.

@Aisling Here in Germany, the taxes are calculated by a person's income: Those who earn a lot pay a lot of taxes. Those who earn less pay less. And those who can't pay (e. g. the unemployed) don't pay at all.
Those who have to pay, but deny to, are being arrested.

The picture looks good. The perspective is well. I'd just make the outlines of the things a bit sharper, so that you can see the things better.

The rich don't pay as much as the poor because the rich can donate to charities and other tax deduction things while the poor can't because they don't have the money.

I think that it was Trump that said that he paid less in taxes than his housekeeper. Which is one of the things that Trump wants to do- make the rich pay more. But I doubt that Congress will pass such a law. Everyone thinks that the president can do this or that but the congress can vote against him.

I'll see if I can sharpen the lines a bit more but this is a free version of a floor planner.

@Aisling We should ban money. Life works perfectly well without it.

I could try drawing it, but it'd be a black-and-white drawing

Go back to the barter system might be a good way to do it. If you don't work at something to that you can barter with for food and such, then you don't get anything.

I am working on the castle. That first one was an example one the I made. But thanks for the offer! Here is the site I am using:
floorplanner.com

It is fun to do!

@Aisling I'd say that to get rid of poverty, we need to get rid of this 'I only give if you give me back' way of thinking...

The site looks cool :)

Here is a quote from another RP:
Turning the attention back to Tholo, she spoke again in an attempt to get a response. “Though, no matter the relationship, a vampire always knows when their sire dies. You can feel it, and it hurts. It’s almost like losing a piece of yourself, like losing a limb… but in your soul.” Her piercing blue eyes were on him. Surely the pieces were coming together by now but, just in case they weren’t, Trixy was blunt. from Ink On Your Soul - New Beginnings Page 16 by Silent Observer.

Is this true for this RP?

@Aisling I guess that the sire is the one who turned you? If so - well. Not always. Some people don't even like their sires, so... why should it be painful if those sires die?

It was me but Silent Observer's character was turned. There are so many ways of being a vampire here in US. That is why I asked. Some even feel any hurt that sire feels then depending if they like, love or hate their sire. Haters take great delight while those who loved their sires even die with them.

@Aisling Thousands of ways of being a vampire here in Germany as well. But sometimes, when you're close to someone, you just feel that something's wrong... I had this with my grandpa. The first time, I came home from school. I went upstairs to our flat and I had the sudden thought, 'Grandpa's at the hospital. He broke his hip again.' Somewhat later that day, my aunt sent a text message. It said that my grandpa was at the hospital with a broken hip...
The second time was somewhat later, in the morning. I had a strange pain in the region where the gallbladder is. Ten minutes later, my aunt called. My grandpa was at the hospital again. This time, he had gallstones...
The third time was while I was on a class trip, about an hour of driving away from grandpa. In the evening, I felt that something was wrong with grandpa, and that I had to call my mother immediately. I did call her, but I didn't ask about grandpa... I feared that she wouldn't believe me. After hanging up, I thought, 'If something was wrong, she'd have told me.' Well. The next day, when she picked me up, she said, "We had to take grandpa to the hospital yesterday night. His gallbladder has perforated."

I know of many long married couples in a nursing home that were that way. My husband and I are that way. He even took my morning sickness when I was pregnant! He frequently gets 'sympathy pains' for me.

@Aisling I think it makes a difference if you are next to that person or if you are between three and one hundred kilometers away... what I mean is like telepathy. Like knowing how someone feels when you haven't seen or talked to him that day...
