Fighting! Keep fighting! Darn, there's too many!


As the ten krunklets rolled at Jenso, he swung his hammer around in a circle once more as they came close, sending all of them flying. "Eat tha-" Jenso muttered, as he was cut off by a krunklet crashing into his stomach from above. Jenso fell into the ground as he was swarmed from all sides and the hammer in his hands vanished. As he was lying on the ground, he took note of a small fox running right near him. He attempted to aid him, but two Krunklets already pinned him to the ground. "Shit..!"

Wow, moles seem to like strong people!


As Jenso was FUCKED UP HARD, the same thing that happened to Ainra and Reiley, happened to him, and maple. The two of them were pulled underground and free from the conflict above ground by strange mole people, who stressed that they were there to help. They seemed confused when maple was pulled underground though.

HOLY SHIT WHAT THE HECK?!


Jenso was shouting as he fell into the underground tunnel that the mole people made. "WHAT THE HELL? WHAT'S GOING ON?!" Jenso shrieked in a confused tone, as he rubbed some dirt out of his eyes. The Krunklets were now gone, and he appeared to be in a pretty dark place. He created a small flame in the palm of his left hand in order to see. He noticed the small fox that he saw earlier, and the strange mole people. "Oh good, the fox is alive too! Thanks for the rescue guys!" He said, smiling at them. He was unsure why they came to their rescue, but he was grateful none the less. As he heard the mole man's question, he shrugged. "Well, I guess the poor thing came from the forest...it might have gotten lost during the commotion. At least it made it out okay." He finished, as his eyesight began to readjust itself to the dark tunnel that he was in.

Reiley awoke to the mole-men calling to her, "What? What are you...?" She decided to hold off on most of the questions. "Okay. Just one question: what the hell was that? I literally only leave my house for fresh foods and the carnival once a year and this happens?" she realized she had just basically yelled at these seemingly innocent moles. She shrunk down and said quietly, "Sorry..."

Dig a tunnel to freedom!


In a very short period of time, Jenso, Maple, and Reiley would come to notice that their tunnels were connected, and being held together by various mole people along their lengths. One of the mole people shook its head and patted Reiley on the back. "There no time for explain! We need escape now!" He grunted, running towards Jenso, and further down the path. "Follow!"

Leaving the villagers behind..


"But...what about the villagers..?!" Jenso asked the mole person, and clenched his fist in anger and concern. He knew full well that there was no way that he would be able to take on all of those Krunklets, but he didn't really like the idea of leaving the villagers behind. And they couldn't exactly drop all of the villagers down into those tunnels either. "Right..I guess we have no choice." Jenso added. He followed after the mole person immediately.

Smells like feathers.


Reiley choked back tears as two cherubs wiped her eyes while she ran down the tunnel with the mole people. The cherubs finished wiping her eyes and disappeared. Reiley had thoughts racing across her mind, mostly of the self-deprecating nature.
Shouldn't have used Spiders.. I read the warning, they were weak.. Why am I so stupid..?

Before Eleanor could get very far, she was swarmed by a group of Krunklets, and a single Krunklite. "Where do you think you're going?!" The Krunklite shouted, pointing at Eleanor. "Subdue her, now!"

Without warning, the legion of Krunklets began rolling towards her, in an attempt to knock her unconscious.

The krunklets rushed after Eleanor, missing one after another, but didn't give up in their approach. The Krunklite staggered back at the hat struck his helmet, annoyed by the girl's demeanor. "How dare you!" He shouted.

Just below Eleanor, a small hole opened up, and a mole man waved at her, beckoning the girl to follow him. "This way safe!" He hummed.

Mole Tunnels

Moving further..


A mole man that ran beside Jenso sighed. "Sorry, not safe. Must go deeper!" He replied. As the mole man moved, he took Maple with him. "If fox was dropped down, then must be strong!" He muttered. As Jenso made his way through the tunnels, he ended up running beside Reiley. He noticed that she was crying as the cherubs cleaned her tears off. "Hey, are you alright?" He muttered with a frown, wondering why she was crying. The mole man that was running nearby took a quick glance at her to see if she had received any serious injuries besides bruises.

As such, the people who were currently underground safely managed to head deeper into the tunnels.

Why sad?


Maple was now on Jenso's shoulder, being carried through the mole tunnel. He noticed Reiley, not holding herself together very well.
"Big man, why is lady sad?", Maple asked with much worry. The atmosphere certainly didn't seem bright around there.

Reiley tried to hold herself together, "It's.. It's nothing, thank you..." she did a motion with her hands and the cherubs disappeared, the tears drying up... Where were they even going? Why were they even attacked? She was so frustrated and so confused that it was just ridiculous to her. She muttered to herself, something about how she shouldn't have ever left the house.

Jenso turned to Maple as he spoke. "I'm not sure.." He replied to him. He turned to Reiley and smiled at her as she told him that nothing was wrong. "No problem, glad you're doing okay!" Jenso said. Despite not knowing who Reiley was, he couldn't bear to see anyone cry. His eyes suddenly widened, and he slowly turned his head back towards Maple. His mouth went wide open for a moment. "W...wait. YOU CAN TALK?!" He shrieked in a surprised tone. He paused briefly. "...HOLY SHIT!!"

A darkness appears


Eleanor smirks slightly at the sound of the mole man... She lunges out at the krunklet, her stance keeping her body low. Her eyes ignite into a purple flame as movements become a lot less predictable. As her rapier hits the krunklet's armor, she slides under and shoots a dark ball at the krunklet from below

There goes Jerry...


One of the many krunklets went flying back, and into the sky as it was blasted by Eleanor's dark ball of energy, and landed several yards away, immobile on the ground. The other 9 krunklets watched in horror as Jerry was beaten easily by this magical woman. "Jerry!!" they called out in unison, angered by his defeat. "We'll avenge you!" They then proceeded to roll towards Eleanor in a large horizontal line along the ground. The mole man looked left and right before closing up his hole and retreating. It was too dangerous for him to stay..

Mole Tunnels

This mole has a nice sack.


"Uuugh...my head...stupid ball-people, I'll--wait..." Ainra went to rub the very sore spot on her head, and realized that she really didn't have a lot of room to move. Or see. She got to wake up in pitch-darkness inside of a bag, and her eyes couldn't find any light to adjust to. All she could smell was cheap fireproofing and some dirt, and from the movement of things, she was being hauled over someone's shoulder like a sack of potatoes.

Getting hauled off in a sack in a tunnel to her demise didn't sound too great, and there was an obvious solution.

She began thrashing around wildly in the sack and tearing at the sides with her claws, roaring and screaming. "LET ME GO! GET ME OUT OF THIS SACK! I'LL KILL ALL OF YOU; CRACK OPEN THAT DAMN ARMOR, RIP OPEN YOUR CHESTS, AND COOK YOUR INSIDES!!!" Well-adjusted to society as she was, it would be rather polite to let her out to see that the moleman carrying her wasn't a Krunklet, before he got accidentally injured by her fury.

Eleanor shrugs at the sight of the rolling krunklets and does a jump where she slices at the same time hitting the Middle left krunklet. She lands on the stage... Face first
