I've always been a big fan of the X-Men movies and having seen Apocalypse last month inspired me to create a roleplay about it -- I mean, who doesn't like mutants? I was thinking of it being an alternate universe where our characters are a mixed group of teenagers (13 to 17) and young adults (18 to 24) that are either original characters or one's rendition of the famous X-Men. Knowledge of the movies' general basics of how the X-Men got started, what they do, and what the Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters is is required but not of the comics as I don't know it myself either.

The plot is to be determined!

Before I started making a layout for this idea, I was curious to see how much interest this would gather.

I am interested too. If we ABSOLUTELY MUST be canon X-men then i am probably picking Sage or Elixir, though i will make both of them darker and edgier and losing their touch with humanity due to the nature of their powers.

@KeksalotI was thinking of making a dark version of Gambit or possibly his kid. Maybe a telekinetic. Wanna torture folks together? If you are Sage you could have even given me my powers.

@Ri RinI have a mutant I made as an NPC for another xmen RP that supressed, amplified, and turned off and on mutant powers (Switch). I assume that's too OP for this RP though. He also had a kid with Rogue that absorbed the energy from mutant powers used on him and eventually learned to reproduce them. If I made it so that he used up the energy that he absorbed instead of learning to produce it, would that character (Xerox) be allowed?
