Yeah, I noticed that we have been doing that no-no a lot in this thread since even the early posts. There's keeping pacing cohesive and occasionally ghosting folks but godmodding's a bit different. I'm also confused why we're doing that in the first place.

Alrighty, well, there's a setup post. Whoever wants to respond, we can keep it as brief as you like, and whatever happens, my next post will be Vol getting checkmated by Zik's plan and throwing in with the Dashers. Then we can leave this scene behind and start the ADVENTURES.

@DirtyDingo, I retroactively godmoted Rosa laughing at Vol's painting request because.. well, who wouldn't? If it bugs you I'll take it out, I just couldn't resist.


Nah, it made me laugh as well. Even though it's a no-no I actially don't really care when people do it unless my character is made to do something out of character in said posts. Too happy-go-lucky for that.

Unless anyone else in particular wanted to go next, I'll happily post. Gonna try drag it a bit due to Howler's absence though, as he's kinda crucial to the scene.

Sorry for the lack of update. Was gonna post up two days ago, but as you've noticed I haven't due to an incident which occurred at work, which resulted in a fractured wrist and a broken phone(which had said post on my notepad). I'm gonna allow whoever to just go ahead, but I'll likely need another couple of days to write anything decent, even this hurts.

Ouch @DirtyDingo I've never experienced it myself, and I hope that I never have to, but I've heard that fractured wrists hurt like mad. I hope you take the time to have it heal up properly and don't push yourself, I'm sure we can get by with just sort of ghosting Rosa about(could even potentially ask one of the people in the group going after Vol to make a quick blurb about her getting hurt and knocked out of the action for a bit or something but that's up to you and little more than a suggestion that you could use so you don't have to post for a little while.)

If anyone needs a push, I can use Trishar to provide minor details of the group heading to Vol's place, mention the action that took place while pulverizing his goons, and place them inside of his office. It would take me about an hour tops, but I'm still holding so I don't trample over posts that are already being written.

Just an update from me, everyone: I've been hit with some major IRL drama and need to batten down the hatches to take care of everything. I'm still here, but I'll be sort of up in the air for a while.

I wish you luck in dealing with whatever is troubling you IRL Neb and I also hope you get some time to work on a post, even if you just type it up in Word or something to be posted when you are done with the RL drama and can finish the post.
