"Oh, so you are awake?" Zevrox looked at Fade for a moment. "Here I was hoping that there would be more time to not listen to anyone." Zevrox glanced at the youth in the back when he finished talking, seeing he was awake. "Anyway, sleep well you two?"

"You're missing out." Nate chuckled. "So much opportunities to do things if you just lie. It's really fun when you lie to some people."

Meanwhile, with Zevrox and friends. Zevrox nodded before pulling the car over, turning the engine off before he glanced in the back. He opened his door and stepped out before opening the back passenger door on his side.

Patty flashed her vibrant blue eyes over to Nate again, looking confused, as if she didn't even notice her accent. "Hum? Oh, right. I've had it since birth, so I suppose it's a family thing." She explained bluntly, seeming as lost as him about it.



Asael giggled childishly, giving a playful wave to Fade before skipping off beside Zevrox with a cute little hum. Their oversized jacket bounced with them on every step, the teen glancing over at the older male with an innocent smile.

"Since birth?" Nate raised a brow and tilted his head. "Interesting. Did your parents have an accent similar to yours?"

Zevrox sighed and searched his pockets for something, probably more of whatever he smoked earlier today. "So, how long do you think they'll let us stay today? My bet is they'll deal with us for five minutes before kickin' us on into some garbage disposal truck heading straight for Mena. Then again, I did barely last three minutes last time... Oh well."

"...I don't remember." Her voice became uncharacteristically icy, the blue eyes turning away from Nate. Patty began to pace slightly, seeming to become anxious.



The blonde looked up with a curious expression, giving a sweet grin and a shrug. "They don't like me too much... I don't know how they'll react, hehe!" The teen let their arms swing back and forth loosely in a carefree way.

Noticing the change in the atmosphere around her, Nate rubbed the side of his neck. "Sorry if that is a touchy subject. I did not mean to come off as rude... Anyway, let's change the subject."

Meanwhile, with Zevrox. "You'll be lucky if you can survive the first two minutes without hurting people." Zevrox chuckled and crossed his arms after giving up his search. "Knowing you, you'll probably hurt everyone there before the day is over."

Nate waved at Patty while she left. "Alright, bye. Have a nice time." During the exchange they had, Loyas was observing rather closely. Partly because he is curious about the race in this dimension and partly because he didn't want to be rude during their conversation.

Zevrox laughed. "I know. I'm pretty sure that after today you'll probably have a streak of ten in five minutes done."

Patty shivered as soon as she exited the place, rubbing at her arms in a vain attempt to coax warmth into her body. "It got frosty out here real quick... Where are those berks?" The woman started to walk down the streets in search of the missing party, the roads unusually quiet.



The blonde giggled innocently, wrapping their arms around Zevrox's waist as they walked, soon nearing their destination.
