@Mr Allen J I think further character relationships will be a good thing to develop on, especially outside one's team right now since we have the ability to do so readily since once the plots go into high gear we may have a hard time interacting outside of our teams for stretched of time, which has happened to me on a few Rwby RP's~ But it is up to you Mr Allen, you and @LetMeDoStuff are the co-dm's~

On a side note, I ended up thinking up of a couple of names for each of the other teams that could reference to colors (even though we don't need the color naming rule).

Team 1 - SQFD - Squid - Squids can change color to camouflage themselves, so yeah.

Team 3 - BARX (I would of gone with BRAX, but nah) - Bark - The bark of trees are brown, not a lot to explain here.

Team 4 - GVML - Gamble - Gambling makes me thing of money and money is green, so there's that.

How do they sound? Thought of them at a random time, so yeah.

Who said he was going to be the leader? He can't even defeat a door peacefully (or at all?) :P

Illuminate Academy is somewhat similar to Beacon, so I am assuming the process for deciding a leader is based on leadership skills during initiation. Took that from the RWBY wiki... which means we have to question how some people became the leaders of their team :P

For reserves, I have no clue on considering the circumstance certain characters and npcs are in.

Well Azura became the leader AJAF by being literally the only good option of the team. It was either her, an ADHD addled Corgi, a nice guy with no sense of self preservation, and Jin. Just Jin. It was an easy pick~
