Ok. Amazing post! My only note is that the journey probably would have taken a months, half of which would have been spent trying to get through the mountains.

@Ewin Rysell in Xi'an all of the warriors are demons, who out rank humans. Since they recognize the knights as honorable warriors they sit at the same level as the lowest level of demon on the social ladder.

Since Ragnor is not a demon, or a warrior, or a high ranking official in Xi'an he is actually considered below Tyron in rank.

Since Ragnor is not a demon, or a warrior, or a high ranking official in Xi'an he is actually considered below Tyron in rank.


Why does Tyron attain a higher rank than Ragnest? Both are human and Ragnest owns an estate, Tyron is simply a travelling scholar and philosopher.

Since y'all aren't technically human Ragnor is actually considered lower ranking than a poor human.

This is just the Xianese perspective on their ranks. It doesn't effect your nation's ranks or how they view it.

Xi'an just has a different class system

My bad! I should have clarified, the coin is Ragnest's, Tyron just carries it because, well he is his loyal servant and Ragnest chooses to carry more food. Ragnest is a Knight and a lord, Tyron is his servant. Whoops XD

Okay how do you want me to enter the scene? I'm thinking about entertaining an audience with the prince, but he is currently busy. Or would a three-way conversation be more interesting? - It might be an idea to do it in an outside chat if it is, then just copy and paste the chat into IC.
