YOU were the COG in the MACHINE that set it all into motion. YOU were the child, FORGOTTEN AND UNWANTED by your colleagues. They called you a MONSTER; you were anything but. In your mind, you were simply a SOLDIER that was given the PROMOTION OF A LIFETIME. You thought that you were one of the FINAL MEMBERS because they saved the BEST FOR LAST.

Hitting the ground came next. You were unconscious for three days before you came to, a broken leg and a broken heart. Your armor was useless; your one shot at a practical immortality was ruined. You were going to be getting an AI. You would have been running with the big leagues. But instead, your ass hit the ground and you were useless. A fragmented hybrid of machine and woman as you climbed CRAWLED through the jungles of the unnamed planet, biting your tongue for saliva–hydration–and eating the dirt for nutrients. Survival of the fittest. Grit teeth and guerrilla-style healing methods caused you to rebuild. A cave became a hut, and a hut became a fortified home. Your pistol ran out of ammo quickly, but you learned to become one with the world around you. You knew how to appease the flora and fauna– and how to murder it, as well. You were your own best friend, and your own worst enemy.

you can find her character sheet on my oc masterpost, but i will conveniently link it for you here. to give you a general overview of her
history, agent montana was the 41st member indicted in project freelancer, and was part of an elite team with four other members:
nevada, alaska, alabama, and georgia.
❖ in montana's story, she is considered the leader of the elite team she works with, but due to her status on the elite team
and the secrets that the elite team has to keep, they are ineligible for the leaderboard incentive. all five members are aware
of this, and choose to have the honor of working with one-another on important missions in place of training under the
leaderboard. she falls into a lust-filled romance with agent nevada, and finds herself manipulated by her relationship with him,
seeming to prioritize him over her own life or the lives of her teammates. this is, of course, unacceptable.
after about a year of going around and round with nevada, montana and nevada go on a discrete recon
mission where she is thrown from the drop ship by his betrayal; fortunately for her, she falls with her suit on and her weapon
(a plasma blade) equipped, so she then has to survive on her own on pentura vi.
i would like for you to play one of two people:
1) agent nevada. i have headcanoned his name to be ian cochwick, but honestly you could take this and run with it.
( i promise, his name is all i have for him. ) we can either play this before montana is thrown from the drop-ship
and when they first meet one-another, working his "magic" on her to usurp her position of power as the elite team's
leader or after montana is saved from pentura vi by a recon-and-rescue ship and recovers with ptsd and the like in
check, promising to take him down and revealing his secrets to the project.
2) a recon-and-rescue soldier who saves montana from pentura vi. we could either have this character return agent
montana to project freelancer under the impression it's the best place for her, or they could believe her that agent
nevada was the one who threw her from the ship and tend to her wounds on their own and assist her in taking nevada
down.
