Forgive me, I am used to a much faster pace of rp and I am trying to slow it down, HOWEVER I do think you'll be able to acclimate after some time. If that fails we can slow things down, it's likely to mostly be a bunch of exposition for a while :P

Err, one or two things. How does this dude sneak up on her? Looking as the CS I don't see stealth as a attribute and it's kinda hard to sneak up on someone on a roof. Also she was holding her crossbow, so like did he stamp it down into her chest?
I'll roll with it as needed, just curious as to how these kinda things were achieved

Clean shoes, tight fitting armor, and she was focused on her job. also, I thought she was laying down with it on the roof. If she was sitting up with it then ignore the crossbow bits

Well I'm not sure what kinda roof it was, either way she'd have to roll over to reload her crossbow. You physically can't cock a crossbow while lying belly down.
Even if he was sneaking silently towards her while she looked for a target and took her shot, once she rolled over to reload, she'd see him.
Again, I'll roll with it how I need to, just making sure of a few things before I post

Seth kinda ran in on a massacre... There are bodies that were ripped limb from limb, in half, and with gore strewn everywhere if he's showing up once the yellow jacket started speaking with clairmonde (I think that was her name)

I finally posted! Though I'm sorry if there might be any mistakes right now, contrary to whatever beliefs you may have, a lack of sleep does not help you write any better than when you were just after some good sleep. Oh, and also, the character at that shows up at the end is one of the people in her guild in case anyone wondered why I controlled another NPC so freely.

no, I think it was my fault. I had thought the auction was an outside auction and had him sitting on a carts roof to see the auction clearly. sorry about that.

I figured it was a closed off thing (sorta) with sheets and stuff up to keep the sun off the nobles and whatnot in the middle of the market. I dunno, either way i'll reply either shortly or after tiny

As things are right this very minute, I think i agree with @Stitches. Between the one assassin striking by herself to the full-fledged massacre going on in the market square and the sudden appearance of a bloody lich with a naked paladin on his trail, i think that maybe a little bit of a slowdown would be nice. It's possible that it's just me, and its definitely an exciting start, but it's beginning to feel just a little overwhelming.
