I can't recall if the ballistas was deployed or not, but if not then you wouldn't have time to deploy and use them before the javelins find their targets.

They can still be deployed anyway, for use later, if you're still up for that.

I made it clear that the siege weapons weren't to be deployed this battle in order to prevent the enemy from knowing we have them.
