Yes. It could be that he was wearing some other random suit for the canon of other roleplays so you don't lose his main one.

Oooh right, we're free to move around in the Multiverse now. Yeah, the orc's suit was a random suit that he got after the merging for this one, without the need to get an emergency suit, he does have a main lair with some of his most used suits.
