Bria
Generation 1, Month 1, Day 1
Dawn

Once upon a time lived a very naïve servant girl with great ambitions. She lived in a barren room, quietly tucked near the cellars of a great mansion, and had to work for her shelter everyday like every servant girl in the country. She was one of many, but this girl had a spark about her, and had the potential to be Great. If only the opportunity arrived, maybe she could even start a legacy? Only time and Fate could tell...

Dawn peeked on the land that morning, and, as Bria awoke she remembered two things; She had to go fetch some good wine in the market, and had a strict budget of one gold piece. More than her wage in a year, of course, but the family to whom she belonged as a servant liked the finer things in life. She had to get the wine before sundown, where the market closed down.

Of course, she could prepare to go at once, or she could wait until afternoon, when the crowd was less pressing. The good wines may be gone so late in the day, however, but the merchants may be willing to let go of inferior wares at a lowered price.

What to do?

CHORE: Buy one bottle of wine and take it to the Mistress of the House for payment.

Looking out at the bright sun overlooking the town Bria rubbed her eyes, and yawned. Her body was still sore from the night before, when she had been sent to fetch water for Mistress's bath. And the Master's bath. As well as bathwater for their children. She had gone to bed late, and was, thus, still tired.

She didn't know what the wine's purpose was for, of course. She knew that she had been cleaning the manor more times in one week than normal. Rubbing at her eyes yet again, Bria threw the covers off of her body, adjusting her sleeping gown. Matting down her hair with her hands, she walked over to the door.

But yes, it hit her. How was a petite girl such as she supposed to wade through the crowds that always gathered in the morning. She hadn't woken up nearly early enough to catch the vendors before the rush of people came to purchase their wares.

Tiptoeing back to her bed, Bria pulled her sheets over her body, tucking her cold feet under the still-warm blanket.

She'd go down later.
