Warhammer 40k RP

I am huge fan of WH40k and an idea of making RP in such universe is rather tempting to me. So I want to ask if there is anybody else who shares my tastes and who would interested in doing such PR.
I once did wh40k RP, it was all about a ship of obedient Imperial citizens (by obedient citizens I mean ex-stromtroopers, adventurous techpriests, exiled space marines and dishonored sororitas) led by some rather radical inquisitor on their righteous (and of course ethernal) crusade against Great enemy, and I have been thinking about somethign similar.
Anybody interested?

40k tabletop got to crazy for me.

I actually switch to warmachine.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not too crazy about the name change, but the new units all look awesome (Especially the Tempestus guys), and after 5 years of constant complaining, we finally have Plastic Ogryns.

Actually, some of the new rules have very much streamlined Titan play. Essentially, they now have a lot more health, but a lot less defense, if you know what I mean. And the new Imperial Knights are really good for taking on Wraithknights.

Yea, I just forgot check it. About the story, the characters would be outcasts out of various adepta or imperil guard, who wants (or were forcd to) redeem themself on holy crusade of some kind.

Well, it certainly sounds interesting, sure as sure. Always was found of the Imperial Guard aspect of things, forced redemption or not, so count me in.

Adepta? Isn't the entire Imperium just different types of adepta, space marines are adepta, sister of battle are adepta, techpriests are adepta, I only think the Inquisition isn't an adepta.

Yes, almost every organisation with expection of Inquisition is under some Adepta.

The Sisters are under the Inquisition. Speaking of which, are we going to be single characters? Or will we each be controlling a Squad? Because I would love some Squad based action.

As a sister of battle player I can tell you that sisters are not under the Inquisition (Unless you mean the Inquisition can requisition them, in which case an Inquisitor can requisition anything he wants, the only people that really refuse is Space Marines and the Mechanicus). The Sisters of Battle (and their non combat commardes) are part of the Ecclesiarchy, the Imperial Church. But why do they have an Inquisition Symbol on their models? Actually that is not an Inquisition symbol but a Adeptus Ministorum symbol (The Ecclesiarchy).

Edit: Will this also be free, casual or advance?

Not every Sororita is Sister of Battle. Adeptus Sororitas are under Adeptus Ministorum, and they are organised into several orders, like Order Hostpitaller, Dialogus and Militant=Sisters of Battle. Sister of Battle are not only military arm of ecclesiarchy, but they are also Chamber Militant of Ordo Hereticus, an equivalent of Grey Knights of Ordo Malleus or Deadwatch of Ordo Xenos.
And the RP will be more casaul.

Alright, well... You didn't answer my question about if this is single characters or will everyone make their own squad?

It will be single character, but there will be an option to command lower ranking soldiers.
