This is kind of a spur of the moment thing (because I have to go to sleep soon. Damn you, 5 am job), but I had an idea for an assassin's creed RPG, where players would play characters in both the modern world and their own ancestors. The modern characters would interact with each other and write in a story that I have set up, but the ancestor characters would be able to pursue their own stories. Thoughts?

Well, I figured since they would be separate stories, the ancestors would be from any period the author wanted.

I'd be interested in this, I loved the AC series. Quick question though, are we prisoners of Abstergo being forced to go back to our ancestors or are we a branch of Assassins separate from Desmond and the others or are we going to go AC3 MP and be a bunch of people playing the game that Abstergo released?

As mentioned in my previous post, I'm not exactly new. Must've been wiped for inactivity. I love the idea of the forum rpg... But the pacing always becomes so frustrating I give up prematurely. I'm going to try again, and only join one or two games at most. Very interested, here, though. The dual timelines seem a good solution to my reservations at first glance. Get back to me soon about it. I want to make a char.
