Agarius was the personal knight of The princess of Summerset Castle Lady Aria, Trained from birth to protect the princess from anything ranging from monsters to people, He had been by her side as long as he could remember, she only being a few years older than himself. He was her gaurdian, Her closest protector and friend. Over the years together however he slowly began to develop feelings for his charge, and despite knowing his place, he told the Princess how he felt. Much to his surprise she returned his feelings with warmth, and in secret their love blossomed. For a few years they remained secret lovers until one fateful day when a young guard captain entered a room without knocking. Agarius was sent to the dungeon to await his trail which he knew would end with his execution. However, Shortly after being imprisoned the eastern kingdom rose up and lay siege to castle Summerset. During the siege of The Castle Agarius remained imprisoned as the enemy sacked the city and tried desperately to bring down the massive walls. After two months the eastern wall fell and soon the city was overrun. Upon hearing the horns of retreat to the main castle, Agarius broke free of his cell and proceeded to fight his way into the guard armory, gear up and then fight his way out of the prison. Agarius fought valiantly through the streets all the way back to the main castle. When he arrived he found the castle in flames and the last of the knights holding a small defense in the courtyard, from the ground where he stood he could see the enemy hammering against the doors of the room where the royal family had barricaded themselves in. Agarius ran headfirst into the fray only thinking of Lady Aria and keeping her safe, however their numbers seemed endless and he drew almost no ground as he fought, eventually he saw the door torn to splinters and the angry mob rushed into the room slaughtering King Octavius and his wife, the mob took the princess and lifted her up despite her screams, as they roared for her to be lynched. Agarius could see her...she was mere yards away...and still he couldn't reach her. As they drug her to the balcony Agarius finally cut through the group and with deadly speed and pure willpower got in between the princess and the angry mob. Agarius fought his hardest never once faltering or slowing down but eventually the sheer numbers overwhelmed the courageous knight and he and the princess were slain. casualties that would go unremembered by the new empire. However Because of his valiant actions and his iron resolve to protect, he was given the chance to go on protecting...as a summon.
