I'm allowing them, but I just don't want you to have a full set of later level moves.

I still don't know, something about being able to click someone's fields quicker, but it's weird on mobile, slower interactions and weird page returns, so it's annoying to do.

But let's get you that Houndour, I'd like to say that you're having a rare encounter because they're more common at night.

Well there is my post, the houndour was caught. Not as rare as most pokemon. Some may even have different lifestyles dependent on where they are located. I the series Ash's group encountered a few during the day and in the movies Pikachu and the two Pichu did as well. I mean seeing as role play is using both characteristics of the game and show I say it's okay.... not like I was trying to catch a legendary on my first day out.

Like a little side joke for the role play. Every so often someone gets a item stolen by a pokemon.
