Long story short since I'm lazy, this note had appeared in your hand one day and you decided to pursue this. (The RP will take place when your characters have arrived. (Unless you are creatures. If you are creatures, you are already there.))

(Note for CS: Things like Cyclops(Third eye on forehead.), Siren(Wings kind of on the side and back.), or Cerberus are not fully (or in fidos case human at all) human.)

Appearance:
No horns. Has a prosthetic leg on her left side. Hair will ignite when angered.
Deity/Hero/Creature: Empusa
Name: Erika Frolley, or "Effie"
Gender: female
Age: 17
Height: 5'5 3/4", but says she's 5'6"

Personality: Effie is very flirtatious, but more in the friendly way rather than in any emotional way. She is very hot headed and easily angered, but usually is quite kind. Effie can be considered vain and selfish. She is also quite manipulative and always gets what she wants, even if she isn't trying. She can be very stubborn, and it's near impossible to make her changer her mind.

Powers/Weapons:

• Pyrokinesis (Only hair lights on fire, usually when angered.)
• Sleep Paralysis (Can send someone to sleep, much like hypnosis)
• Charm (Any human male will do what she wants, even if she doesn't mean to control them. They usually can't tell.)

Biography: Effie is the heir of a large estate, being pampered and cared after her entire life. She was always the popular girl, and everyone liked her. She was born with a medical condition that claimed her left leg, and so now has a prosthetic one she hides under jeans and long skirts. Otherwise, she was a normal girl until her sixteenth birthday. Someone had spilt food all over her as a joke, and suddenly her hair burst into flames. No one was hurt, but Effie was locked away in her estate for an entire year, her parents and staff scared of her. That's when the letter fell through her open window, and she packed up before running away from home, hoping to find a place where others would understand her.

Miscellaneous: Has a taste for human male's blood, but keeps this secret from everyone who doesn't know what she really is
