Ed sighed as Ashley got herself caught up in the fight, however right she was this was probably going to end up causing a lot more trouble then it was worth. Still they were his kind of people, and being a friend meant having each others back. Joining the edge of the brewing fight he found Jake asking seeming anyone about what was happening.

"Well if I had to say, some ones stepped on the wrong toes" pushing his way into circle Ed took up a fighting position on Loki's left side, his hair flared up. "I would say stop this before it gets hairy" bouncing his weight from one foot to the other his smirk became a grin "But it might be a tad late for that"

He waited for their next move.

Jake frowned, then he walked to stand next to Ed. Seeing how everyone was joining this still developing fight

Well won't you look at that? You have been here for less than an hour, and already you have yourself some, apparently loyal minions! Now do like a smart little boss you're becoming and step back, let them do the fighting.. Atta boy Ace. He had no idea where they came from, even less of an idea why? Not that it mattered now, the big fellow was slowly getting up with his ears ringing and vision blur, his friend had been covered in that..stuff and had caused him to cough uncontrollably.

Even so, a ring was slowly forming around the two groups, Ace's band of misfits versus the big man and ash covered, classily dressed male. Suddenly a wind blows out from the latter one and the ash spreads away from him."Oh, you have gone und done it nov.." He speaks with an accent, glancing over at the big fellow who still doesn't seem to know where the hell he is.

Look, it's three on two kiddo. You are not needed, so take another step back and..wait, watch for-! Ace took a step back. or tried to as he soon finds himself on his ass, his feet covered with solid rock, everyone inside and outside the ring receive the same treatment. From the middle of the confusion, the one free man walks up, adjusting his glasses and letting out a loud, disappointed sigh.

Vell, I mean, well, now you've gone and done it.

"If there is one thing I do not tolerate..." The man speaks with the same, disappointed tone."It would have to be the students causing ruckus, fighting on the school grounds..Especially if some of them are seniours that should have some form of sense and responsibility in their heads. Hanz, Brett." The two apparent seniors mutter something and avoid eyecontact. The middle aged man turns to Ace, Loki, Ed, Jake and Ashley, shaking his head ever so slightly."And you five." He pulls out a tablet and looks down at it. "Ace Quinzel, Loki Laufeyson, Ashley Chalk, Edward Stone and...Jake. Each time there is a new batch of students I hope, I so hope that they will already know the basics of responsibility. Picking a fight on your..very first I might add, day is not it..I am quite sure that the Headmaster will not be happy to hear about this..and it just had to be my shift.."

In a situation like this it would have been just much easier to stay put, quiet and smilimg very much innocently. However Loki hadn't really done anything wrong, yet. He glanced at the rock envelopibg his feet with noticeable annoyance. Now, he might have been able to just free himself by breaking the stuff, but... "With all due respect I for one have not done anything to break the rules." The green cladfellow bent over very cautiously and picked up his crown. "Is it very common here in Midgard to attack someone without proper provocation?" Absentmindedly the asgardian tapped his knuckles on the stone covering his legs before straightening up and smiling politely at the middle-aged man he assumed to be a teacher. "I'm sure we can talk this out, right? All of us should't be punished because the three gents decided to have a scuffle" He lifted the forefinger of his right hand. "Correction, biggie an' smalls here decided to drag our friend in to a scuffle." Well, at least Loki was nice enough to not throw Ace under the proverbial bus at least this early in the negotiations.

A fight soon broke out between Ace and some goons, and it seemed like all the people she just met were quite eage to jump on Ace's side and turn this small scuffle in an all-out skirmish. However, the fuse was quickly defused when a middle aged man, apparently a teacher, trapped everyone's feet with large amouns of rock and stone, even hers. She managed to stay out of the fight, so she wasn't in any kind of trouble with this fellow. Still...
"Sire, excuse me..." she spoke up. "Considering these two guys are seniors who have already attended clases in this establishment, it should be they who get the punishment, as it is all but stated that they know what the rules are. We are simply a group of newcomers who happened to fight back to this unfair treatment so, if we didn't act up, you would've not seen them bullying a poor underclassman." Tanya cleared her throat an continued. "If any kind of punishment should fall in the offended group —Ace Quinzel and his friends— it should be a warning, nothing more than that."

Ed was a little put out by the teacher's interference, but he thought better of opening his mouth to protest both Loki and Tanya seemed to have a way better grasp on the situation then he did. Most of his hair had returned to its natural state behind him while a few off shoots balanced him as the stone around his feet threw off his balance. A bang of hair snaked its way over to the creepy kid as if it were offering him a hand up.
