edit: @Avanhelsing thanks! It's funny because I originally intended for him to be some gruff badass kind of guy, but I thought it would be fun to have crazy drug/alien trafficking & major space cartel affiliations associated with a little alien dude.

Ray would have a problem with everyone trying to kill the ice bird, the Committee has had issues with people trying to defund the exploration program, so the news of the marauders killing an animal that was protecting its nest will give them some ammunition.

It would cause some drama though haha
