Preferably hip hop artists. If so, hit me up! I'm about to drop a mixtape soon. Listen to my little practice free verse if you wanna get a watered down teaser of what it'll sound like:

Paradigms (Rough Draft)

Oh and there's this cypher free verse, this was a quickie haha:

Cypher Entry

Recorded those with a basic audio technica mic. Studio quality for the mix tape tho ;D

I'm not a big hip-hop fan, but you've got something good here. I like it :)
And now it's my turn to drop some music.
Original tune - It's Got That "New Techno" Smell
Madoka remix - Sospes Emortuus
Remixed original - Like A Symphonic Stream

I don't record hip-hop; it's out of my skillset, (I record noise, avant-garde, some ambient) so I don't know if posting here means anything at all. But hi.

Haha, sounds like something unique and different. But, yeah I didn't mean just hip hop, anything goes! I love too many genres of music to be picky, hip hop is just my favorite.

I'm listening to these, and your original tune is nice haha, sounds really catchy but I can't help feel it belongs in a nintendo video game (that's a compliment in some weird format, trust me). Your remix is dope too. I swear, if you made this like 20 years ago, you would be famous cuz video game companies would be dying to recruit you haha

The stuff I did years ago that I still like are few in number:

Track 1
Track 2
Track 3

The thing to note is a lot of it is generally just experimentation, nothing hugely technical or fluid and it's been two years or so since I recorded something.

Damn, those vibes are crazy. Like, I can see that in some movie where the characters are either high or in some twilight zone shit, nah mean?

Considering my musical style draws inspiration from and roots in video games, there's no "weird format" about it. I'm complimented :D

I might write some stuff up and drop it in here. I tend to write video game-style music and stuff slightly reminiscent of TSFH. I call them their own genre, because they are just that good. Don't know what they are?

Here's a sample of what they do, and the style I try to mimic with little success:

I'll try to pull something of mine out later after I fix some of it up.

That type of orchestral music isn't anything new Rethel, Two Steps are certainly great at it but it's not "their own thing" or "undefinable".

Looking forward to hearing your material, though.
