Personality: Tatiana very taciturn, rarely uttering more than one sentence or two at a time. Because she grew up in a controlled environment, she speaks using perfect grammar, rarely using slang.

Special Skills: Trained practically from birth to be the body guard of the Vampire Queen. She is trained in firearms and swordsmanship.

Place of birth: Los Angeles

Weapon(s) of choice: twin gold colored Desert Eagles that can fire standard bullets, or hollow-point, garlic-filled silver bullets, & twin silver dagger

Medical information: Needs blood to survive. Animal blood is sufficient only for day to day living. If combat is required of her she requires human blood.

Brief History: After the defeat of many vampire sects by Blade, the Queen of the Mystikos Sect, set out to create her own Dhampir. After several attempts based on lies told by Blade & theories she finally created one. The mother escaped just before birth, she gave birth at a hospital. One of the familiars of the Mystikos Sect was the father and claimed the baby after the mother died during birth. Tatiana was born to be a weapon, as such was treated like one that had to be forged into the perfect weapon. She never had a childhood; she was trained by private tutors to satisfy only the barest legal requirements. When the tutor was not present she was training to become a warrior. She grew up feeding on humans seeing them as humans see cows, nothing more than food. She only valued the life of those in her sect. She was in the hospital having her appendix removed when her Sect came under attack by Blade. With everyone she knew killed, she wandered alone feeding off whatever animal was convenient. After several days on the streets she was recruited by Charles.

I prefer original characters, but if you have a good reason for a classic character than go ahead and talk about it.

Booker wants her to have a future. She justs wants to die, that is literally the only reason she agreed to attend Xavier's school, Booker is not going to get through unless he can show her a reason to live, to endure the emotional pain, not to mention why she shouldn't be dead for committing murder (to her what happened to foster dad was murder).
