I've mentioned it before, but warping requires tremendous focus, and can't just be done willy-nilly, especially not while in midair, or in quick succession. Warping involves ripping a hole in the fabric of space time, easily the densest source arcane energy in the universe.

Heedy Haw Haw

Appearance: HEEDY HAW HAW, is a short, 3’ 9” tall man who wears a bucket on his head. It is made of tin, and it keeps the sanity out and the sanity in and the sanity in all the right places and the sanity in the bottle too! He wears a magnificent white beard, full of alcoholic scent, dirt, random people’s mother’s...things, and white! His wonderful coat, stained from last night's margarita mix, houses enough pockets and the like to store over thirty thousand lost emails.

He carries multiple packs on his person, each full of ammunition and alcohol to fuel his latest experiment, the S.O.B. Cannon.

The S.O.B. (Shittons of Booze) Cannon is a state of the art, BoozeTech grade heavy weapon that requires one hand to fire, one hand to aim, one hand to fill it, and one hand to give a kiss when it’s time for bed. It’s long, grey barrel can leave any performing man feeling lacking from its length, its powerful triple revolver chamber...probably makes no relevance. A singular pouring slot rests at the top of the revolver chambers, ready for the next shot of whatever to come pouring in

Personality: He’s a heavy drunk, always testing out the taste, kick, and power of the concoctions he may or may not have on his person. He’s loud, explosive, and drunk as much as possible. So much that it’s likely that he’ll never experience a hangover...because he’s never not drunk. The world is his playground, and the bed for he and his cannon to rest on when shit gives ugly and he needs a drinking break. Did he mention how drunk he is?

When he’s drinking, he’s working on his so called BoozeTech creations which at the moment solely consist of the S.O.B. Cannon. His official title, listed on his Diver’s License, is The BoozeTech Magus.

History: Heedy Haw Haw remembers extremely little of his past. In fact the only thing he does remember is how many drinks he hasn’t had. Which is all of them. The majority of his life spent so far has been under a table, lips on a bottle, or face on a workbench as he goes day by day living it to the fullest, then emptiest, then fullest again after he gets another beer.

He does keep some sort of book though, that he doesn’t let anyone look at. Those who have managed to look at it, find only blank pages in the book. Yet Heedy manages to write in it every day, and vividly recall what he wrote where.

Occupation: Driver, under the callsign BoozeTech Magus.

Primary Focus: Alchemical, because fuck you he shoots booze
Magical Capabilities:
Alcholocaust: Due to the sheer amount of alcoholic consumption that Heedy Haw Haw has undergone, his body’s arcane network has adapted to the sheer amount of mind altering effects from the alcohol. He is immune to mind altering/controlling
effects.

BoozeTech Magi: If Heedy Haw Haw has a machine that he can pour alcohol into, it will work. He himself has no idea how it explains it, but due to his unrealized mastery of drinking so much, his arcane network has adapted. he can tap into that adaptation to cause machines, for a short amount of time, to alter and be fueled by the booze intake in a manner that Heedy Haw Haw may or may not want.
Body Modifications:
BoozeTech Infuser: In the form of his tin cap, Heedy Haw Haw can use his Arcane Network to charge at most two bottles or cans of booze at a time. Simply slide them into the slot and his drunk booziness will do the rest. Each charge requires three hours at least to appropriately infuse the alcohol with Arcane Energy.
Weapons and Equipment:
The S.O.B. Cannon: Each shot of Arcane Booze supplies six shots of randomosity.

BoozeBoots: His steps, staggery and weird, will never have him fall over.

Jacketized Aim Stablization: An attachment on Heedy’s outfit that allows his drunken self to compensate for the loss of everything forever when hipfiring with his cannon
Specialties: Engineering, Explosives, Wine-tasting, Booze tasting, exploration, Bullshitting, fourth wallbreaking, More Bullshitting, Sensing Motives, Drinking, Bullshiting Especially, and Counting.
