Dark Elves

The dark elves are the result of generations of Revenant-aligned elves escaping the lush lands of Terra, preferring to instead reside in the large deathly fields of the Wasteland. Due to their surroundings, dark elves evolved to blend in with their barren surroundings, their skin and hair darkening; however, there is a rare gene among some bloodlines resulted in all members of the family having absolutely no pigment in their hair. Due to their dark surroundings, dark elves are incredibly sensitive to light, and most prefer to not stray into the living Terran lands where the light hails supreme.

As dark elves hail from The Wastelands, they do not have close ties to the earth as their forest-dwelling counterparts; over time, dark elves have lost most of their affinity in magic - very few are able to conjure magic, and so the dark elves are viewed more as a fighter race than as mages.

You know, I have to wonder how Sariandi would interact with Shertul.

Both from the Wastes, both prefer the Wastelands over the lush-ness of forests, both strange compared to other races. Except Sariandi is already a Revenant, and Shertul only MIGHT join them in the future, because of all that drama at the Monastery.

I mean, he could teach her, but he would probably only do that if he legit joins the Revenants. He might just as well go Gellert's path and say fuck 'em both. It sorta depends on what happens on his journey.

He'd probably be very cautious, even a little afraid of her. He knows that few people can beat a Fleshspinner in a fight (way stronger and faster than any normal person), but he also knows that he has a lot of weaknesses a knowledgeable enough person could exploit.

You're the GM, so you decide how magic works in this world, but my vision of Fleshspinning was that anyone could learn it, like the dwarve's runes. It's very introverted and takes less energy than casting a spell outwards into the world. You'll just have to consume a lot of energy (like food) to keep the magic "fed" from then on.

Of course, she doesn't seem patient enough for it anyway
