Lynn - Underground Arena - Tyler

Lynn just shook her head. "It's no use talking to you anymore," she said. "You stopped listening long ago."
Her heart had hardened against the pain of his betrayal long ago. He may have said the women meant nothing, but the fact was that he slept with them regularly and she didn't believe it was just to get children. Somehow, she had stopped being enough woman for him. But she had stopped blaming herself for that long ago.

When the walker was released Lynn knew she was too tired to fight it off for long. So she did the only thing she could :
Gave it a new target.

She gave Tyler a smile. "Please don't take this the wrong way. Just doing what you taught me," she said and ran towards him, the walker right behind her. She knew his men would not allow him to get killed, so when the walker went for him one of his men shot it in the head before it could reach their leader.
The other kicked Lynn in the side, knocking her to the ground. He kicked her a few times in the stomach before pressing his foot to her neck. "You tried to kill our leader you bitch!" he snarled.
Lynn spat out some blood and laughed a laugh that was full of pain. "If I had been trying to kill him," she gasped out, "he'd be dead."
For that remark she received a kick to the face. She heard more then felt her nose break.

Daniel - Garage - Enqrique and The OG Gang

Daniel nodded. "Thank you." He motioned for Shannon and Amy to lower their weapons. "We can help you with tools, but I don't think you want to get involved in what we're planning to do." Daniel silently laughed to himself. The case was, in fact, that Daniel didn't exactly want this guy involved. He didn't like the feeling that the man gave off. Maybe he was being over prejudice... "We can help you with car problems, but then you'd do well to stay away from our group." He turned and walked towards the supplies cabinets.

Polyester- Garage - The OG Gang
"No, not a mall, please not a mall. That is a horrible idea, just let me explain here. Sure, shopping malls and centers are not always a bad idea, however, there are many entries and exits to consider. Once the undead make their way inside, it could become extremely difficult to fend them off enough to make a stand. While you might be able to lock off and secure a single store, it might not be the best place to make your temporary location. Plus, the chances of it being safe are literally next to none. There is most likely NOTHING there, only death. It's in our best interest not to take to many risks."

Polyester did not like the look of the new man. He seemed like someone that would take advantage of him, someone who would take the fixes and run. Polyester took a quick look at the truck. Strangely, Polyester does know how to fix this truck, due to him being an engineer, and someone else would likely mess it up.

Amelia kept the pistol trained on him up until Daniel said to lower their weapons. She can't say she liked it, after all she now knew he had a pistol and considering they only just met she wasn't going to be trusting the man any time soon. She holstered her pistol before heading over to a chair, taking a seat before crossing her arms. She would keep an eye on him for now at least. "We should get moving soon, whether we go to the mall or not. We have a person to save" she said with a tone of urgency.

Tyler - Catacombs - Lynn & Eli

Tyler frowned at the proceedings before him. His men had presumed him too weak to take care of himself; he would rectify their behaviour later. "Get her back to a cell," Tyler ordered, walking up to the men. They hauled Lynn to her feet and held her arms. He grabbed the woman by her chin. "Just you wait, Lynn. Just you wait." With that, Tyler waved the men off.

On his way out of the arena, Brad and Bull informed Tyler of the new male prisoner, and of Eli's arrival. Tyler told Bull to deal with the prisoner in the usual manner and that he would meet with Eli right away. Taking Brad with him, Tyler headed for the catacomb's entrance.

"So good to see you," he said to Eli with a hint of sarcasm. They were at the catacomb's entrance, and Tyler waved for Eli to follow him. "Like usual, I'm going to need the details before I hand anything over." The leader of the raider's flashed Eli a smile; A smile which was strangely white compared to most of his men. He was cordial with Eli, most of the time. After all, the man supported his ideals, in a way. Tyler felt short-handed by the arrangement on some occasions, but he had to admit that Haywood was invaluable.
Bex - Emma's Cell - Emma

Bex felt as if his eyes would glaze over. This girl was trying to score sympathy and he begrudgingly had to admit it was working. Still, the poor girl was only going to succeed in making Bex's day worse. "Listen." he said, raising his voice slightly. "I can't help you, Emma, because life isn't fair, especially not these days. If you're going to get mad at anyone, get mad at whoever started this mess."

Bex was going to say more, but he was cut short by Bull walking in, followed by another pair of raiders and a beat-up Lynn. "Don't bother cleaning her up," Bull said. "Just put her in there." He pointed to a cell nearby Emma's and the two men threw Lynn inside. The Bull then gave Bex a jovial look before moving deeper into the cells.

"... Just don't fight back," Bex said, his back turned to Emma. "It'll be easier on you."
The Bull - Underground Arena - Floyd

Floyd was forced into the arena, much like Lynn minutes ago. This time, Bull stood where Tyler had once been. The big man had a smile plastered on his face; He was the arena's biggest fan. "Time to fight for your life, man! We're going to pop a few dead fuckers into the room with you, and you have to clean them up. Do well, and maybe we'll let you out." The Bull slammed a fist on the metal door and gave Floyd a thumbs up. "I'm rooting for you, honestly!"

Two other raiders opened one of container doors, letting a small horde inside the arena. They threw Floyd a knife before retreating behind metal doors. The arena now contained Floyd and a group of five walkers.

"At least you get a weapon!" Bull called out.
Shannon - Auto Garage - OG Gang

Shannon sighed in a frustrated manner and put her own weapon away. "I don't think we should give this guy anything, but-" She narrowed her eyes on the intruder. "We don't need any trouble. We don't want any trouble. " By her tone, it was an obvious threat.

Shannon then crossed her arms and looked toward Polyester. "Poly, we're only going to take a look. Besides, I need you hear for James." She moved to stand beside Amelia and waited for Daniel to deal with the intruder.

Eli - The Deal - Tyler

After a couple of minutes of waiting, a man appeared from the shadows. He was slender yet toned, and bore the entrance-way to the catacombs like a fuhrer. His body language gave away his rank and position. If Eli didn't know he was Tyler, he'd still figure out he was the man in charge. To break the unpleasant silence, Tyler seemed to have decided to speak first, greeting Eli with conspicuous mockery. Obliviously, inside his head, Eli cursed the heck out of Tyler, but his facial appearance chronicled an opposition.

Without further ado, Eli followed Tyler as he entered the immorality of his sanctuary. Sure, it was a smart thing to have ones shelter underneath the apocalypse, but the conditions were extremely irrational and would conclude to be dangerous to Tyler's modeled world. Keeping mothers in these environments would only bring forth deception. The child they bare will have a higher probability of death, but all this wasn't Eli, nor Bruce's problem. Only reason they dealt with Tyler was to keep Haywood on top and keep a mutual understanding between their town and these glutton raiders. Walking through that underground lair was purely disgusting. No part of their entire catacomb resembled any part of Haywood. Unlike their town, Tyler's place was obscene and salacious. It reeked like the dead and looked even worse.

"I have the paper work with me like always" Eli stated, looking side to side, watching the prisoners scramble like ants at the sight of Tyler. "You should clean this place up for once. I feel like I tell you this every time I come, yet you do nothing. You've got men who aren't doing anything all day, you might as well put them to clean." Neatness was one of Eli's most brawny attributes. He sought everything to be as crisp as possible, that was the reason Haywood turned out like it currently is. "Anyhow...." Eli continued as they seemed to have reached Tyler's quarters. "......Look over this" he said, passing him the packet of papers. Two sheets described the girl with as much technicality as humanly possible. The second and third sheet had the trade arrangements, ranging from how the deal will be made to what Haywood wanted in return for the girl. It listed all the materials Bruce wanted, which was triple the usual, stating that this girl was more valuable to his cause due to her current condition.

"I'll leave you with that then. I shall be outside awaiting your response. Please don't take too long, I have duties to return to" he said as he returned towards the entrance, but suddenly, he paused. Without turning, he started to resume his speech. "How is Iman doing? My........wife," he struggled to finish. Every time he came to make a trade he'd ask the same question. It was like a standard procedure, forced to do it every arrival. He stood there, awaiting an answer from the monster that now stood to his back.
Floyd - Fear - Arena

As Floyd was stripped from the safety of the cell, the redneck started to feel an emotion he'd never thought was attainable. The giant from earlier was escorting him to who knows where. They were accompanied by two? Three other guards. As they passed down the cells, Floyd couldn't help but peek into their interior. He squinting eyes caught many women's sight. They all looked struggling, facing the hardships of these brutal men and the harsh conditions they were forced into. But Floyd didn't really feel all that compassionate for all these women, he was in search of one in particular. Unfortunately he was not able to spot her in any of the cells he walked passed. Even if he had actually seen her, there was no way he'd recognize her when all the women were basically mimicking dirt. Every single one of them were covered in raw abomination. It was a horrid image, thankfully it hadn't lasted too long.

Next thing you know, Floyd was shoved brutally into what seemed to be a larger cell. It basically mimicked a Colosseum, the arena of gladiators. Come to find out that it was basically exactly that. Survivalist now were basically the gladiators of the roman period, fighting to live another day in pure loathsomeness. The fat man even instructed Floyd to fight for his life, it seemed he was putting on a show for these motherf*ckers, there were spectators all around, most of them were part of the raider's armada. Without anymore time to spare, a container was opened up by two of the soldier escorts, allowing a small hoard of walkers into the arena to join Floyd. Rapidly, the four walkers started for their red meat. To make things more interesting, another soldier threw a knife on the ground, ironically, it landed between the walking hoard. Floyd then felt the same emotion again, not understanding why his heartbeat was raising as quickly as it was.

Floyd's eyes wondered side to side with intention. He was trying to understand why these people were playing such games with human life. This was irrational, it didn't constitute anything, just pure comedic relief. Then as the imaginary bell ringed, the fight began. Floyd encountered the first walker with a right fist to its jaw, sending the walkers face flinging to the side. As it came back, he resumed by taking the walker by the clothing and tugging him aside, throwing it directly onto the ground. The second and third walker followed together, in the meantime, the first walker was already getting back up. Floyd quickly front kicked the second walker, forcing it to physically stumble backwards, then dodged the third walker by rolling aside. At that point, he was crouching right above the knife supplied by the soldiers. He picked it up to meet the fourth walkers drooling over his shoulder. He arose with his left forearm, clashing against the fourth walker's neck and stabbing it in the head's skeletal system directly over the forehead. That walker tumbled straight down without pause. He then took the opportunity of being armed and rushed for the first walker, who at the time had still not fulfilled his mission to regain balance. He kicked it back down, jumped over it, and jammed that dull blade into its skull, leaving a gap where one could see its demolished brain.

The third and fourth walkers seemed to have given their double team another shot. They took three steps forward to catch Floyd in the act of murdering one of their friends - the first walker. With a twist of the hips, Floyd came bashing in with his knife and met the fourth walker on the side of the head, but without time to remove the blade, the third walker reached Floyd by the shoulders, knocking him back into the arena walls. Floyd still held the handle of the knife that was stuck to the fourth walker. He dragged that body along with the knife, trying to pull it out. Floyd used his own free hand to prevent the walker from getting those filthy teeth too close to his body. He then used the walker's own momentum to push him onto the dirt. Finally managing to remove the knife from the fourth walker's cadaver, Floyd took action and pinned the third zombie down. He stabbed it directly through the face to puncture its brain, but wouldn't stop. He continued to do it until he finally became exhausted and fell back, dropping the knife on the ground in the process.

From the ground, he watched everyone eyeing him like an idol. He couldn't understand why someone could be so damn wicked. Not even his parents were this demented. That's the reason his ideals of this new world were completely correct. There weren't anymore good people out there, no matter anybody says. The apocalypse changed everyone for the worse, it was logical. Even now, as much as he hated every single on of these raiders, Floyd just couldn't judge them.

Daniel Crowe - Auto Garage - The Official OG Gang

Daniel pondered several things as he walked towards the mechanic's shelf. First, he wondered what would have happened if he'd engaged hand-to-hand with this man. He was muscled, and looked like he had no trouble staying fit. Had they met under alternate circumstances, Daniel would have asked him to join their group. Though he was just as muscled, Daniel still had a good grip on this guys height. However, he had no idea of this man's skills as a fighter. Whether or not Daniel could take him alone, he'd have to deal with Amelia on him as well.

"...Daniel..." He heard Shannon say his name, and he snapped to the present, but he saw that she was addressing Polyester. He turned around and looked at the man. "What tools do you need?"

"Just some coolant, maybe a jack in case my tire goes out. I would mind a tool kit in the event some other stuff happens. Any gas you can spare wouldnt be bad." Enrique said picking up his axe and fastening its handle to his belt, he watched them carefully. Assesing them making little notes, their firepower, their numbers. He had no plans to hurt them but his training just put him in the state of mind.

"So you're hitting a mall," He said with his arms crossed, " I could be of service, in exchange for some of whatever I find. Thats only if your group is ok with it, if not thats cool too."

Daniel - Auto Garage - OG Gang

Daniel thought for a moment; the man's offer seemed not totally unreasonable. When they were getting into the mall, they would need as much help as they could get. Plus; three trained soldiers together? They might as well have a task force. "We will need some help taking the mall with as little possibility of injuries as possible." He stepped forward. "I'd like you help. However, this my be my home, but I do not make decisions for this group." He briefly glanced at Amy and then at Shannon. "My name is Daniel, and you have my vote."

Tyler - Catacombs - Eli

A laugh escaped Tyler's lips. "Clean? Who would want to clean this dump?" Though his laugh grew more boisterous, Brad only stood to the side, his face a mask of stone. "Fucking hell, I said this last time. Like I could get the men to do that anyway!" Tyler smacked Brad in the back, who lurched forward a step. The second-in-command gave his boss an embarrassed smile.

Tyler waited for his bout of amusement to pass before he went to grab the paper's Eli was offering. He looked at them briefly, but a thorough read of the papers would have to wait until later. This one had better be better than the last one; It had taken her ages to get pregnant. Whatever they were asking for this time was probably far more than they deserved.

As Eli went to leave, Tyler waved him off mockingly. "Your wife is happy with her current station. I keep them all healthy and happy, you know this. It's mutually benefit for both me and her, after all." Tyler's grin waned slightly, and he realized he wanted rid of this man immediately. Always asking about his wife, which was really his wife no longer. It was a mockery to continue referring to her as such.

"And she'll continue to be happy as long our dealings keep going strong."
The Bull - Underground Arena - Floyd

Bull had been whooping and yelling the entire time. The other men had grown rambunctious listening to him, adding their own shouts. "Holy shit! Look at that! This guy's one hell of a hardass! No way, that one was fucking close!" When Floyd was the last fighter standing, the Bull began to clap. "Look at that, boys! That's how you goddamn do it!"

One of the doors was opened and Bull stepped inside the arena, flanked by two other raiders with rifles. They pointed their guns at Floyd, waiting to see if he attacked. Bull looked ecstatic as he walked over to the man. "Haven't seen a good show like that in some time now!" he said, clapping a big hand onto Floyd's shoulder. His eyes went down to the knife on the ground and he hastily went to pick it up. "Now, we have question for you... Lloyd? Floyd? Ahaha! ... Anyway, you gotta tell me, what kinda of things have you done to be here today? I mean, I just saw you rip through a couple of deadheads, you certainly have balls. What do you think it takes to survive?" Bull and the other men waited on Floyd's response.
Shannon - Auto Garage - OG Gang

Groaning, Shannon put a hand to her forehead. First Daniel had no interest in the mall, now he thought this guy - this stranger - made all the difference. "It's up to Amy, then, because I don't think bringing him is a good idea. I mean, the whole reason we're doing this is because we don't have enough for ourselves." She leaned backwards against the desk, her hands gripping the side. There was no way she was being unreasonable about this. They needed to start planning and this guy would only make things more complicated. She was being practical, because she had not just a kid to worry about, but a whole group of people. She realized it was that sort of reasoning which led her to shoot at innocent people yesterday, but she knew she couldn't back down.

Looking toward the stranger, Shannon said, "... I'm sorry."

Lynn - Underground / Cells

Lynn groaned as they threw her into a cell. For some reason Tyler hadn't released the third walker on her. It was the perfect time to kill her. She wouldn't have been able to fight it in her current state.
She crawled over to a sitting position against the wall, trying to take shallow breaths because deep ones hurt. She coughed and spat out some blood. She hoped to God she didn't have cracked ribs. Those hurt like hell and took a long f---ing time to heal.

She let her head fall to the side, looking at the cell across from hers. A young girl was in it, crying. She was the one from before... Well she obviously hadn't been 'tried out' but any of the men yet, otherwise she'd been in the area with the expectant mothers.
"Come on kid, don't cry. At least you don't look as bad as I do," she quipped, trying to make the girl laugh. Lynn winced and closed her eyes. "God damn bastards. They broke my nose."
She lifted her hand to wipe away the blood on her face.
"Look, if it makes any difference you'll be treated like a princess. Tyler doesn't let anything hurt his women. He'll probably keep you for himself since you're so young. You'll get a safe place, good food and protection from the rest of the animals in this place. It's not much, but it's all you've got now."
She paused and shook her head, laughing a little although it was painful. "I'm sorry I suck at providing comfort. Never been good at being soft and stuff. Jess is better at that. That's why she's gonna be a great mom. Me? I'd choose a gun over a baby any day. Got nothing against 'em, they're just not my thing. Maybe that's why Tyler didn't want me anymore..."
She shook her head. "Sorry, pain is making me chatty. Ignore me and my rambling."

Jessalyn - Haywood - Alone

Eventually someone came and untied her. They gave her food and left without speaking to her. Jess ate because the baby needed it. They came and took the plate when she was done, but still said nothing even when she tried to speak to them. Had Bruce ordered them to give her the silent treatment? She wouldn't have put it past him.
The isolation was the worst. She hated being alone. It made her sad. Loneliness was like a dark cloud hanging over her.
She wanted Lynn...
She wanted Floyd...

Jess paced until she got too tired to walk anymore. Then she sat against the wall. Then she laid down on the floor, using her arm for a pillow.
It wasn't that cold in the room, but she still wished she had a blanket to curl up in. Something to burrow into and hide, like a rabbit in it's hole.

"It's going to be okay," she whispered to her baby, running her hands soothingly over her stomach. "I love you. That's all the matters."
She started humming a simple lullaby for her baby, to comfort both it and herself.

Enrique took what the man said to mind and pondered over it. However his thoughts were cut short by the woman from earlier speaking, he looked over at her and nodded.

"I understand the caution," Enrique said. He pulled his pack off his shoulders and held it in front of him with his left hand. He reached inside and pulled a chocolate bar from his pack and tossed it to the woman.

"Thats for the kid," he said with a grin, "I have food in my truck just enough to get by, if sharing the loot is to much then allow me to work off the tools and coolant. That stuff isnt easy to come by, especially coolant, I can help. After that ill take my stuff then leave you all be.

Shannon - Auto Garage - OG Gang

Shannon reached out and caught the candy bar. She ogled it momentarily. "Well, thanks," she said. She walked over to James and handed it to him with a small smile. "Really." It was nice and all, but James needed a little more than a chocolate bar. He needed somewhere safe to be - somewhere where they could all be safe. Shannon wasn't sure where that was, but she knew what they did today was the first step toward reaching it. "James, how about I get you a bunch more chocolate? At the mall, we'll probably find all sorts. Whatever kind is your favorite." Shannon stood up and walked over to the stranger. "If you're serious about that deal, then I guess I'll change my mind." She held out a hand to shake on it. "I'm Shannon."
