I thought the treaty stopped dragons from killing people. That is why the children get picked every year.
If a dragon kills people what is the point of having a treaty and letting the children get taken?

I suppose some sort of 'trespassers will be shot' thing might be in place? The whole situation is a lot like the Koreas from what I gather - you'd never know they were spies planting a bomb somewhere until it was too late.

Anyway, it's for GM to decide, not like it's big edit anyway. I'll just knock them out instead if it's a problem...

If you're referencing Forsythe's post then if you look at it and BrassOtter's post then you'll notice that these mercenaries had wandered into dragon territory. The peace treaty is that they'll stop going into Volen and killing everyone but they didn't say anything about not killing people that wandered into their territory.

Much like Stitchblades, I have a fine appreciation for a good beard. So I want to see what's going to happen with Bjomulf. Maybe Scarlett will have a bit of a run in with him, he seems to be morally good and a possible nemesis? :P
I think Scarlett just generally wants the world to burn.

It seems that way. She will get along well with all the happy chaotic pyromanic dragons that are going to be in the city. ^-^

Um, the instrutors will probably be kind of confusing and painful, but they will be fine. o.o
