Thank you for X-Men Days of Future Past, it's good to see you still make good X-men films.

Spoilers

Firstly the plot hole with Wolverine out of Vietnam annoyed me and how they never explained Kitty's time powers but otherwise well done Singer everything else was pretty good. Next so many questions left by this film and it will be fun to speculate what did or didn't happen, Singer can pretty much change anything after 1973 (and erase X3 from existence) so we'll see what he does. Also Quicksilver, thought he'd be a shit cameo, turned out to be amazing. Furthermore loved the little Easter eggs. In addition, Cyclops, Jean and Rouge return yay!

Haven't seen the movie yet, I'm going to, but correct me if I'm wrong, isn't Quicksilver gay? I'm pretty sure I remember reading that a while back. If so, I'm curious if they transferred that to the movie version to some degree.

I did actually know that the whole "born with powers" thing was in a way hinting at sexuality, plus Ian McKellen's fucking awesome. So win all around.

I think Xmen has possibly been the most consistently excellent superhero movie franchise yet.

But yeah, I'm also wondering how exactly Days of Future Past is meant to work with Wolverine Origins. He doesn't have the metal claws yet in Days of Future Past so... either Wolverine Origins never happened and now he never gets the adamantium, or somehow they have to sync the two up. >_>

I don't mind Origins although I can't say its good but Last Stand can't be forgiven.

.....Holy damn fuck did I enjoy it! Quicksilver's scene was fucking fantastic.

Easily one of my favourite X-Men movies, and even Superhero Movies.

Deadpool is set to appear in X-Force alongside Cable in 2018, plus the Deadpool Movie is almost near greenlight status.

I have to say, casting McAvoy and Fassbender as Xavier and Magneto was an inspired choice. Seriously had my doubts when I started watching First Class the other day, but having now seen both films they're in I think they really pull it off.

I have to say, I agree completely. They really do those roles justice I thinks. Plus the Xavier, Xavier Scene was....exceptionally great.
