Might I recommend to change the character history?
Unsure about extra dungeons and such on first floor, and also feels unnatural I guess to go through the effort in such a way
Wouldn't monster PK be more appropriate? Something like getting a hoard of monsters and then teleporting near that player getting them to be overrun by the monsters?
Or something like attacking them, being marked orange and they run off. Maybe you see them get killed by a monster as they are running or something? (To feel guilty)

But ... I thought I've said this many times (in vary different words), but you are making cooking in SAO more complicated than it should.
Asuna cut things up with a tap, and set it to cook in the oven by just scrolling through. Okay, if you use a stove top that's different, but yeah ....
Also things like ingredients, don't need to carve out the bone from the meat, I mean, the meat is made different from what it would be like in reality.
Clearest example is episode 8, with Asuna cooking.

Ah... Sorry, been watching too much Log Horizon and it kind of blurred the border in between. I thought that both options would be available and that she just wasn't savvy enough to do that. But meh.

Basically whether something cooks successfully is probably judged by the grade of the ingredients and the cooking level
But we won't enforce things like, some sort of calculation for something to be burnt or something like that

Hm... I was wondering if this method could be considered an 'alternative' of sorts to what Asuna did. Since it isn't explored in detail... Maybe cooking skill ranks could introduce more 'shortcuts' to the method like instantaneous cuts and all that?

Or... You know, have both exist and have the original more efficient and available immediately? That could work, right?

But then Asuna would of preferred to have done it without shortcuts
She says it herself that it is boring cooking that way
Anyway, either way, going through the effort of skinning the meat and actually having a carcass to deal with is something I am going to have to say no to.
I mean, it should be skinned and gutted, etc. at least.
