@SarahRPs: No you don't have to at all. There will be story missions and arcs that I will create, which will have determined outcomes and events, but if anyone wants to in between these events and arcs, they can create their own missions. Of course you do not have to at all if you do not want to.

I feel like in it's current stage, this RP is less casual and more free role play. I feel as though rather than making all these short posts, Famotill, you should make a longer post getting the introduction done with, and then allow us to start RPing good and proper. I'm waiting until that point is reached before posting IC, because I don't have much to write about right now.

Yeah, not to mention I tend to write longer posts, so by the time I post, there might be several little bitty posts in between when I start and when I finish.
Since this is casual, I try to aim for about two paragraphs, so maybe we could aim for somewhere around that?

You don't always need multiple paragraphs, though. Like, for instance, the situation that just happened where a bunch of us just responded our characters saluting in kind. If you had written two whole paragraphs for that post I would have accused you of purple prose.

Also, I hate being incredibly rushed for posts, but I don't need a really in depth post right now, anyway. So that doesn't matter.

I'm just suggesting this for later, when we're doing missions and whatnot.

I respectfully disagree. I feel like writing all those tiny little posts is unecassary, when we could just have a few longer posts, and move things along and get stuck into RP.

Please everyone don't worry, those short posts won't continue. As I said earlier, I was just making sure everyone was around, and that no one was getting left behind.

I find that short post are necessary though. Like when it comes to fighting parts of Rps if a person moves to punch you you can't really give a 2 paragraph response you've got to be quick and simple so the fight goes as a fight should. Also shorter posts help with a group with alot of people. If people post really long ones it'll get confusing and I believe more people will get left behind. Just my opinion don't hang me please...

I always copy my post before hitting submit. That way it's saved in the clipboard if something went wrong.

@Rain: Well if you want or need to be the next to post, you can always ask everyone else to hold off until you get yours done. Sometimes it's important to collaborate OOC so that the story will work properly.

Yes, that is right! If you need time to post, please don't be afraid to say so. Also, in a worst case scenario, someone could replace their post with yours if it's troubling enough, though it's understandable if someone doesn't want to do that.

It's not a problem right now. As for fighting, I know that shorter posts are definitely easier.

Hey everyone, I am just describing the looks of the base. To speed that I'll up I'll just post the info here.

The general color scheme of the base is a pure and futuristic white and black, with some blue HID lights trimming furnishing and the walls. The base includes an infirmary, private rooms for each team member, labeled with their superhero identity. It also includes a training room, which is largely empty aside from an observation deck behind a plexiglass, this room is used mostly for sparring. Then there is a weight room which is basically designed like a gym with weights and what not. The living room is already described in the IC, but there is also a black grand piano here as well. The kitchen is pretty basic, aside from the fridge which is explained. There is an activity room which has a few arcade games, and a pool table, as well as a table for cards. Lastly there is a study room, which features a few bookshelves, and desks as well as two computers. Overall just keep in mind the base is supposed to look very futuristic and incredibly expensive, so not anything similar to typical military standards.

But yeah, feel free to post now, sorry about all that info I had to add haha.

@mattmanganon: It looks better, but you still have to be more specific about the weaknesses of both of your characters. Also being able to lift half a ton is incredibly powerful, and super strength is a power already occupied in the group. Enhanced strength is fine, but half a ton at the moment is too strong.
