Three NPC villages of varying sizes
Twelve horses
One Mushroom Island
Diamonds
Pumpkins
A natural pink sheep

but no wolves OR ocelots

I'm convinced the server is trying to drive me insane

That was hell. It's terrible when you find a Mooshroom ISland first. But, I did find Wolves, but no ocelets.

You need to set up fort there and just breed all the mooshrooms

I once led 2 mooshrooms through the nether home to breed them. That was tedious.

Put 10 fish or bones in your inventory and just right click the ground.
