It'd be a hard call to make: give up information to the enemy, who is obviously going to use it to start some massive war that could put them at the top of the world, or watch some madman shoot your kids.

Honestly if I were in her position I would have just killed myself before it all happened. That way they would have nothing and they would have no benefit in harming her family. To save the world and your family you gotta die.

I guess she could have shot herself when 32 came in her office, but that would have been giving up a bit too soon. She had no way of knowing what a bunch of sick bastards FOH is, and that 32 will literally do anything they tell him to.
