"It needs to be bandaged. It's pretty deep." Katherin told him. "I think everything else will be alright. Hi don't want to keep you from supper." She winced as she shifted positions. She felt like her body was converted with bruises.

"Oh, that's right! I need to make sure that you get dinner, too. I'm sure Felice will let me bring something here. You can't recover if you can't get energy from something, after all." Kido picked out some more gauze and a few other items to deal with the wound in her side. "Um...I'm just going to...hold up, it needs to be cleaned properly...I'll only move this part..." The boy was a bit hesitant in moving to properly care for this injury, but soon started cleaning it up and examining it to make sure that it could just be bandaged up without trouble. He really didn't want to try sewing anyone's skin back together.

"I'm sure that will be fine. Thank you for all your help. I appreciate it. I don't know what I oukd have done without you. Don't worry about bringing me something to eat. We're not allowed to have meals in our rooms. I don't want you to get into trouble by bringing me something. I might try to go down but I don't know." Katherin told him.

"But what if someone gets sick? Someone who needs to rest can't go all the way to the cafeteria." Kido pouted, almost as if back to his normal self. "I'll just have to come up with something. These rules are really inefficient! The person who came up with them really must not have been thinking clearly." Finishing up with the bandages, he made sure that they were fastened tightly before standing up again. "I'm sure that there must be something that we can do."

"I agree that their rules make little to know sense. I have a few snack foods that I can eat. We are allowed little things like crackers and stiff. I'll be alright. You better hurry down to the lunch room though. If you are too late they won't allow you to eat."

"I'm still not satisfied, but I guess that works for now. I'll have to see if I can do something about these things eventually." Still pouting, Kido packed up the kit and returned it to the bathroom. "I'll come back tomorrow to make sure that you get some clean bandages. And we'll have to make sure that you at least get breakfast, then."

Dante studied Felice, his intentions weren't to offend but lend a friendly hand. Dante watched Roxy last time burn herself with oil, he just didn't want them to get hurt. Dante walked out of the pantry with a few materials agin.

"...okay." The statement didn't make him feel any better, but he didn't want to spend forever on the subject. He looked away quickly and turned to the door. "Good night..." As soon as he exited the room, he leaned back on the door for a moment. Those weird images of the drawings kept popping up in the back of his mind and he didn't like them. Maybe it was a manifestation of his guilt? He didn't know, but he never wanted to cause something like what had happened to Katherin again. Sighing, he started to make his way to the cafeteria. It probably wasn't a good idea to skip dinner, anyway...

"Don't get me wrong I hold you responsible but at the same time he is also responsible, he hound be teaching you, I understand accidents happen and you're not her but it could have been worse and I don't want to see a pretty girl get burnt with oil or have the kitchen ignite in flames. I know I come off as a uncaring ass but I'm not as bad as I seem." Dante said coming out and cutting the herbs.

Felice was about to finish up with serving the food when he finally spotted Kido rubbing his eyes as he entered the cafeteria. "That took you forever! I almost just let you go without eating, you know!" The scowling boy grumbled when the shorter boy approached. Kido just mumbled a short reply in Finnish as he accepted his plate. Looking back up at the other boy, though, he couldn't help but notice that something seemed off.

"Felice? Oletko kunnossa?"

The amber-eyed boy glared slightly at his companion before grumbling a few angry words under his breath. Huffing, he turned the other boy around and pushed him towards the tables. "Go eat already. I've got stuff to do." As soon as Kido reluctantly left to sit at a table, Felice packed up the rest of the dishes and quickly left the cafeteria. He wasn't hungry at the moment.

The short boy looked up from the food he was slowly shoveling into his mouth and tried to smile at the girl. "I'm alright." He reassured her with a sigh. "It's everyone else that I'm worried for. I don't even know what's going on half the time."

"I know what you mean. It's hard to understand everything. I honestly dont understand everything. Either. I dont think they want us to understand. As long as we are confused they can catch us doing things we're not suppose to and punish us."

"Why do they want to punish us so much, I wonder? If they actually wanted us to follow rules, they would have at least given us a handbook or something, I would think. What did we do to them?" Kido started pushing the food around his plate, frowning by this point. "I just want to go see Papa and Iska...and I want to be able to hug people without them getting hurt..."

Liz bite her lip. She looked around. She wanted to tell Kido that thy would never be going home. They weren't going to live that long. But she didn't because she coukdnt instead she softly whispered. "we're part of an experiment."

Kido sighed quietly, nodding a bit. "I still don't like it. But I don't think that matters to them." He pushed the food around his plate a bit more before he tried eating it again. He wasn't sure what else he was supposed to do, but he was certain that he probably didn't have very long. Maybe an idea would still come to him, though. He couldn't give up just yet. "I guess I need to learn the rules first, huh?"

Dante finished teaching Roxy how to cut herbs and properly season meats, he started washing the suppied they used. "You did good today Roxy." Dante said bluntly as he continued to wash his hands and cutting boards.

Roxy snorted n disbelief. "I can handle knives. Flames and oil not so much." it had been a long day. She still hard to report to the administration. "Good night Dante. I'll see you tomorrow. Will you be here to help with breakfast?"

After leaving the cafeteria in a hurry, Felice made his way down to the gym. He knew that he should be making sure that the kitchen was in order or maybe prepping for the next day's cooking, but he wanted to avoid that place more than anything right now. Stupid...so stupid! He wasn't in the best state of mind, and attempting to confront anyone like this was not wise, if past experience was anything to go off of. Instead, he decided that perhaps he could blow off some steam for the time being.

Entering the gym, he looked around at the available equipment. It looked pretty standard to him...oh? Was that a balance beam there? The slightly short boy strode over to it, placing a hand on it when he got close. It felt sturdy enough. He climbed up and took a few experimental steps, eventually bending forward and walking on his hands briefly. Hmm...this seemed acceptable.

Finally satisfied, he placed his feet back on the beam and stood up before rummaging around in the inner pocket of his vest, eventually pulling out an MP3 player. Taking a moment to turn it on, he began to scroll through the songs until he found one that he wanted. With another tap of the button, he set the timer and placed it back into his vest pocket, drawing out two batons and taking a starting position in the middle of the beam while he waited for the intro to play.
