We could have some of those characters who don't have an rper maning them be axed off by Mono in a fit of rage or be killed randomly by something.

I think we could kill off one char for breaking the rules. And I can take on a character myself.

That's four characters. So you taking one and killing another leaves two left .... Well, we can get three killed quite quickly actually, if we get one of them to kill the other, and then they get executed during a trial, just need someone to do all of that ....

Ashlin McGuffin (Ultimate Midwife)
Christian Uril (Ultimate Artist)
Jessy Harime (Ultimate Café Hostess)

I could see K breaking a rule and get killed by Monokuma. Maybe trying to get one of the hostages. And the rest could be killed in a double murder. Or I could just permanently take one character. I think Ashlin could be fun because she is more fragile, and expandable. That is if you're all fine with it.

I was planning (with Pudding at least for a bit) to have Kirali attack Alastrine and then Alastrine shows her kenpo and other SHSL at some point in time
But I can always wait and find another way to bring it in.

I don't mind your suggestion at all really.
I just need another interaction to show Alastrine's kenpo skills off.
