Well, it was said in one of Lennon's earlier posts that the generators were put under the float. So that begs the question of will a thrown Dagger still work?

All that arguing and it could have been stopped with, "It's a moot point, the generators are under the float." I feel so dumb now.

Putting generators under a float would not be a good idea in the first place in a military design where a power explosion from a IED could destroy them. I don't care how protect works it isn't full proof. Right next to the president would be the most logical place. Safest place to be

only mention of coming below was from Rivaan, then this came up with out Lennon79 posting. He simply said no because the shields themselves would be protected, never said anything about the generators being under the float. even asking if there were blueprints after, indicating he was just saying something hypothetical not concrete. Then Lennon mentioned that it will only work if someone was close enough to hit it. No thrown projectiles of any kind.

Right, having reread the last two pages, Aerandir is correct; it was never specifically stated where the generators were, only speculated that they could be accessed via the floats undercarriage.
So from now on, by word of God the generators are in a pair of stylised pylons flanking and slightly behind Deling's chair.
Just working out a few kinks in the continuity Caits, mainly due to lack of proofreading on my part >>;
And the quiet one is Selena, as she hasn't spoken up yet.
