There's two parts in the stats that are to be ignored completely. 'At war with' and public opinion.

Again, these are stats for the South Africa you're going to play, not Transvaal. It's the British.

So this is nothing against Dutchbag, but I think it is somewhat of a disadvantage to the players of the game that the one who is doing the stats also controls a nation. Not that I think he will cheat, but because he has created the stats he has an instinctive knowledge of how to increase that in certain areas that the other players in the game most likely don't have. It will take us several turns I feel to get a handle on it, but he will know from the get go.

Once again this is nothing against Dutchbag, but I feel it is a concern that needs to be addressed now as opposed to in the game.
