[OOC] Attack on Titan - Survival of the Fittest

Stupid restarting laptop... I was going to post yesterday, but for some reason my laptop automatically shut down when I put it on my desk. Urgh. Oh well, I remember most of what I wrote, anyway, so I'll probably have my part done by the end of today, or at least early on tomorrow.

Name: Shuya Takuto
Age: 16 May 3rd
Gender: Male
Personality: Shuya is a committed and generally hard working person, he is happy to keep to himself mostly, alone with his thoughts waiting until someone starts a conversation with him. He tends to avoid confrontation where possible but also tries to make sure to have the respect of those around him, he does this by remaining polite and letting his actions speak for themselves. Depending on his mood he can either be humorous and upbeat or fairly pessimistic.
Appearance:
Bio: Born and raised within the edge of wall Sina in a moderately wealthy family. Shuya's father left the house a few years before the fall of wall Maria to join the scouting legion...He never returned, on his last expedition his father was apparently separated from the rest of the scouts. His mother raised him alone but Shuya believed his father was still alive outside the walls and aspired to eventually join then. As time went by his mother found out about his plans and forbid him from ever joining the survey corps. She thought that a life in the military police would suit him well, it was safe from the titans and he would have enough money to live a comfortable life, eventually Shuya began to come around to the idea...

Eventually Shuya came of age, he headed to the recruitment gathering and stood before the wagon leading to the training camps. With a final look over his shoulder and weak wave to his mother he climbed aboard, slung his bag on the back of the cart and sighed, well aware what he was getting into.

Proficiency:
Speed and movement with the 3D gear.
Quick thinking and improvisation.
Determination and confidence.

Inefficiencies:
No experience of what titans are capable of having never seen one.
Doesn't commit to long term planning.
Poor navigational skills and easily disoriented.

Personality: Generally passive because of intense anger management to her general get-annoyed-easily personality, not violent until triggered, friendly (to those she likes and when she's trying to make friends), loyal until she doesn't like you any more, does her best to keep her slate clean, self assured about herself and always eager to learn, chatty, lover of music, literature and all things beautiful. Even when she doesn't get on well with someone, she will make a genuine effort to work with them. She insists upon making friends with those better than herself at certain thing so she can learn and become better herself.

Appearance: 1,5 meters tall, dark brown hair falls to her shoulders, somewhat muscular, flat chested so people sometimes mistake her for a boy

Bio: comes from a very conservative family on her mothers side and carries the rebellious streak from her fathers side, phobia of dogs. Her family lives on the borders of Wall Rose and although they have been blessed with a quiet lifestyle almost everyone on her dad's side was eliminated by Titans. Her father has no legs and is in a wheelchair that she adapted into a horse drawn cart so her father can go to get groceries.

She decided to strive to join the scouts when she was young to live up to her family name.

Proficiency: her skills are best at driving (carts), horse management, and she has a bit of knowledge on swords, can carry out orders to detail and has great calligraphy skills which proved to be useless yet she continues to boast about it.

Inefficiency: bad memory, talking or being talked to by those in high command (she clams up because she doesn't want to make a mistake

@With the proficiency and inefficiency, one of the reasons I put both was to balance each other. Yours doesn't do that. Also, I'm not sure the point of your first Proficiency, seeing as there isn't any cars (Unless you meant carts, than disregard that last thing).

I wish I could say I made it like that for character development, however nothing came to mind. If anybody does have ideas please help! However I did add one thing
