Powers: Dampening He had the ability to make others powers weaker. He can basically drop a person's ability ranking two or one level down, two only allowing ten minutes of dampening and one allowing him a minute or two, for now.
Teleportation self explanatory. He can teleport any distance, but it takes away from his energy based on how far he teleports.
Knife Absorbtion He has a unique ability to use his knife where when he cuts someone, any blood that comes from the cut he made is absorbed by the knife and can be used later to heal himself. Downsides are that the cut will almost instantly heal if he uses this ability on someone and that the healing process takes time. A small cut is five seconds to heal, a broken bone would be a minute, a missing limb would be an hour, etc.
Heightened Senses Being blind, this power is half ability and half natural skill. With this, all 5 (except for sight) of his senses are enhanced.
Smell Enhances his smell so that he can smell and identify odors much better than a human, almost as much as a dog.
Hearing Enhances his hearing so that he can hear and identify sounds much better than a human, almost as much as a dog.
Touch Enhances his sense of touch so that he can feel vibrations in objects much better, like being able to feel people walking, identify what he touches, etc.
Taste Enhances his sense of taste. Mostly useful for reading tasty foods.

Skills: Enhanced Senses As stated in powers, half of this is ability enhancement and half of it is due to blindness. Read powers for full description.
Knives/Handguns Over the years of practice, he had gained knowledge and skill in handguns and knives. He's accurate with a handgun and knows where to cut with his knife to ensure death, and us good at it.
Agile He's very agile, being able to run and jump long distances with little tiredness. He flexible and can move quite a bit, sometimes confusing for an enemy if he uses his agility and flexibility.

Boboclown, you can keep your power but it'll have to be weakened. You're basically the perfect Superhuman antithesis, in a game almost entirely about super humans. I'll allow you to drop them down two Rankings, from A to C for example, but it'll drain you quickly. Maybe ten seconds at first, and you can train it up. Dropping one level would allow you a minute or two. This is mostly because the gap between even A and C is huge, and your ability to turn Big Bads into little more than fodder is easily abusable. However, you could add one or two minor powers if you'd like. It's just the dampening that needs to be weakened.

Nope. The extent of the lightning bolts my character can shoot while still controlling where they hit is only about 30 feet. That's why she has the arrows that she can charge and shoot longer ranges.

The dampening on mine can barely dampen a person's powers one taking for ten seconds, his self healing takes quite a bit if time to actually heal him, his teleportation takes energy to work based on distance teleported, and he's blind

I'm now opening second characters to whoever wants one. Mercs is still closed until further notice, but Corporate and Heroes is still available. If at least the Heroes gets a few more characters, I'll reopen the Merc group or start a second one.

The Mercs also need to talk backstory. Are you a true 'company', or just a group of mercenaries who have history together? If you're a company, then a name would be nice.

Well mercs and corporate can be quite similar, in my view the difference is only (or at least simplified) that hired mercs are attached to a company at a time and for shorter periods, while corporate gifted are employed at a company for longer periods and are perhaps more trusted by said firm. I had originally planned a merc, but since that was closed I started thinking about doing a corporate character - however my characters back story has made that impossible as well.

Your raise some good points, Empath. The biggest thing to me right now though is getting more Heroes. Corporate can have any number of players, honestly, but you're right that they are pretty much mercenaries under a long contract. If you can't think of anything, PM me and we can try and work something out, or wait it out and see if the Heroes grow enough for me to reopen the Mercs.
