Is it like SAO where we put a helmet thing on our heads and go "Link Start" or do we sit in some giant machine that somehow connects our mind into the game, or what? I ask this because I feel like we may have differing ideas on how it works, so it's best to make sure. It probably has very little significance in our posts, but hey, better safe than sorry.

It's the same thing, but without a helmet. I meant the concept of "Link Start" was the same. Think of it this way.

Chips in head+ "Link Start"=Deep Ground. No helmet required.
