Aura looked at him from where she was laying. Its not my fault you got your ass captured. aura thought not knowing he could hear her. The wound hurt like hell or it would of had it not bled out so much that she couldn't feel it. Her mind was starting to get cloudy from blood loss.

"I was outnumbered damn it what was I supposed to do." He worked on the wound, finally stitching it up the best he could, he shook his head to that. "Just make sure to take it easy for awhile." He sighed once he got done, he put the first aid kit back into his back pocket. "Saying this now don't blame the hunters for what we did, blame the pack next door to yours they didn't give us the description."

Aura looked at him with wide eyes and tried to stand wincing in pain but ended up just laying back on the ground. Her pack wouldn't be able to hear her from here. Drake shrugged to that, "I don't know but I just can." He sighed to that, he sat back on his knees. "No matter the cost hunters had vowed to protect any species no matter what would happen. Just saying now we're getting a lot more vamp activity than we've had through these years."

Drake nodded to that, "something big is going to happen something bad te other hunters have reported in and their saying that the vamps have been brave enough to attack them in small groups vamps haven't done that in in years."

Aura nodded. Its a major issue for the vampires to attack randomly. It's against the laws to attack for no reason. She thought. Ash are you sure he is who you say? Drake sighed, he shook his head to that. The black clothes making him hard to spot at night, he had his arms crossed over his chest. "Quick question why do you still follow old wolf laws the laws have been redone to do this modern time." He sighed to that, not moving from where he was.

"Because that's just the way my pack is." Aura panted scooting back so she could lean against a tree. "We live by the old laws and die by them. Your lucky your at least talking to one of the only lycan that can speak English in my pack. Almost none of us can."

Drake nodded to that, "it's like the hunters none of the rules we have set up to keep most of the power hungry people in line they step out of line well you get the idea at that." He crossed his arms across his chest, "so what do you want anyway if your just sitting here and chatting with me usually I'm a guy with not that many words."

"Well I can't exactly move now can I. I can barely stand. Being in such a pathetic state in font of a hunter is driving me crazy. I really don't understand why you haven't just killed me yet. It would be like my packs help was never there is having to help you. The only thing my family will know is that I died due to a hunter," she said.

Drake shrugged to that, "you haven't done anything that I see you need to be killed for we only kill when we've seen that they've done wrong you haven't hell you saved my life even though one of the wolves killed Jake but the guy wouldn't want me to get revenge for him he died an honorable death and he's at peace that's all I care about."

"He had to die, due for the exact reason your turned around right now. He came and saw us in human form. Therefor he couldn't live unless here was a way for him to forget that. It's because of our old ways. Nothing more nothing less." Aura explained.

Drakon shook his head that, "you know that's the most stupidest law I've ever heard of you know that right?" He sighed to that, before sitting down. "Just think of it as this if someone saw me in a really weak state then I would have to kill them. It doesn't make much sense to me."

Drake nodded, "my father was before he was killed when I was twelve my mother used compulsion on him to think he was in love with her by te time I was five me and my father moved out. Wondering rom city to city never truly finding a home." He sighed to that, he popped his neck.

"Was your father always human?" Aura asked trying to put the pieces together. If his father was who she thought he was then it may explain some things that can't be explained. She was so confused when it came to this guy and why Ash kept saying stuff about him.
