Base Rules and Requirements

1) No Canon characters.
2) All characters weapons must have a ranged and melee form, or some way to do both ranged and melee combat.
3) Fawness characters are obviously acceptable, but will be discriminated by most others, so be careful.
4) Teams will be determined randomly.
5) A Semblance does not necessarily have to be used purely for combat, and does not have to be used purely outside of combat.
6) Semblances must have a title of at most 2 words.
7) There are currently no rules set for character names, save that they are at least creative, pronounceable, or can be shortened for a nickname.
8) For understandable reasons, if you excel at something, such as strength, you will inevitably falter at something else, such as stealth.
9) Dust and the use of Dust is permitted, provided you have an understandable source of it.

Axel

Personality: Axel isnt use to being around people. He feels uneasy at the start when attending Beacon, not knowing what people will think of him. But once he is use to everyone he opens more about himself. Axel is loyal to his team and loses his temper when a member of his team is injured. Axel feels his teams pain and will always lend a helping hand. Given his histroy, Axel is baleful to strangers and wont second guess himself to end there lives, his friends start to change the way he has an out look on his life.

Semblance:

Aura Seeker

Brief Description: Passive Ability.The ability to see ones aura and pinpoint his attacks and shots that can damage the flow and even disable for a while. A max of 5 seconds.

Weakness: If someone has learnt how to hide there aura or if they don't rely on it.

Strengths: Great hand to hand combat. Sharpshooter, Good with swords. His team work skills with his OWN team.

Weaknesses: Can't talk to Strangers well (loss of concentration, he starts over thinking of what there thinking, etc), cant use his power that well, if his team is in danger his mind is clouded, losses focus and makes rushed decisions without thinking ahead.

Name: Khalis Severin

Appearance:

Khalis

(No image yet, but I promise I will add one once I make it) Khalis is very tall and thin, but still lean in figure. He has slightly spiky pure white hair, sharp cyan eyes, and pale skin. His clothing consists of a black sleeveless shirt underneath a thick white unzipped coat with jet black pants. Khalis wears thick heavy boots, and there is an unusual insignia upon the back of his cloak.

Personality: Khalis is a jerk. Plain and simple as that. He lives purely for spite and his own amusement, often playing little practical jokes here and there, poking fun at people and making snarky sarcastic comments. All this he does with an innocent yet sinister grin. He never means to go too far, however, though he almost always does. When it comes to friends, he is caring and thoughtful, but usually mischievous. Always suave and graceful, he hardly makes any sort of fumble and is difficult to catch off guard.

Weapons:

Touketsu Kanashimi

(Will probably redo later) Khalis' favoured weapon of choice, this scythe is made purely of hardened ice, crafted through use of Dust allowing him to conjure it at will.
He can also change its shape into that of a violin, one which when played emits visible sound waves which rush through the air like an arrow, damaging where it strikes.

Semblance:

Frost Phase

Khalis is capable of making his entire body phase through objects as he pleases, emitting an unusual aura of frost as he moves and freezes whatever he passes through. He can phase through almost any object he desires, and can channel this ability through his hands allowing his scythe and even people he grabs onto to move through objects as he does.

Strengths: Very quick reactions, swift and graceful movements, difficult to taunt and grapple. Very optimistic.

Weaknesses: Moderately weak and fragile, low Aura, trouble making friends

Race: Faunus (Lion)

Appearance:

Leona

Leona is a little shorter than most, but thats due to her age. She has tan color straight short hair which waves slightly at the ends, and vivid silver eyes. Her skin is a darker shade than her hair, with a surprisingly sizeable bust given her age. She also has lion ears at the top of her head, with a lion's tail at her rear. Leona wears a dark red sleeveless shirt with baggy jeans, leather armor crops on her shoulders. She wears fingerless brown leather gloves, and wears simple heavy boots, loosely tied.

Personality: Leona is straightforward and brash, but is kindhearted while being rough at the same time. With strangers she is assertive, happy and carefree, not caring about what people would say about her heritage. Around friends, she is a bundle of joy and laughter, but will usually make a joke of herself to save friends some embarrassment, something she doesn't know of. Usually stubborn and obstinate, she is often gullible and easily tricked with something she's not sure of herself.

Chinese Martial Arts

Leona has been trained in Chinese martial arts, but has mixed it in with some street fighting after dropping out with 5 years of training, making her not a master, but adept in martial arts, still a very dangerous opponent in close combat.

Semblance:

Chi Volley

With such a strong body, Leona relies on nothing but her own fists, and every other part of her body she can use in a fight. Because of this, her body is sturdier than most. Using her own natural and metaphysical energy, also known as Chi, she can channel and fire off chunks of pure energy. She does this mainly with her punches, kicks, and almost any other movement, the speeding volley in the shape of whatever she used to generate it. It hits as hard as her own fists do, which even on their own do as much damage as normal weapons.

Strengths: Obstinate, very strong in close combat, almost unstoppable, optimistic and energetic

Weaknesses: Foolish, gullible, stubborn and can never sit still.

Ying, Is melee yes but has ranged attacks using her pum shotwrist things. You can be melee but just have some ranged capabilities
