There are a lot of city's in the RP. There's Gotham, Metropolis, Central city... and pretty much any other DC hero's home city... You will need to be more specific.

I wouldn't really say it's by an ocean, but it's sometimes located by a large body of water. Central City has been in all sorts of different locations... so really it depends on which one we're using. But again, I would say it's safe to assume it's near a large body of water, but not specifically an ocean.

Good judge call there MM00s3 also to clarify a question I was asked in PM the ONLY characters left from the original DCU are Darkseid and Damien Wayne everyone else will either be brand new or a child of one of the now missing people Darkseid basically said time for a clean slate and hit everyone he really knew about.

Yup! Avae knows of the parents. She was made at an early time, secretly, and so the government, supposedly watched over these few individuals that were labeled super heroes, villians, ETC and all that data was saved into Avae. ( Theres also copies too..but I think you get the point. )
