I will update the map proberbly tomorrow with HounderHowl's nation. For who haven't read his sheet yet, it is rougly in the area where the Greater Repuplic of Helvalion was.
Also his nation is accepted :)

You can have spies if you want.
Ummm....it might be a little early for nukes to suddenly enter the scene. It's a *huge* trump card over everyone's military.

I would. If the nuclear weapon was possible, first on the scene would be the Malassakians. Perfect storm of need, means, and materials.
Need:
~Essentially no way to exact very harsh peace terms on opponents on the continents or defend continental allies. Blockade, sure. The army, while capable of punitive expeditions, is basically a glorified marine corps.
~No political will to spend money making a good enough army. Navy sucks the budget.
~Lacks the population to field a seven million man army. Must in general look to quality over quantity.
Means:
~Wealthy, densely industrialized
advanced country. (This comes to play in how complicated enrichment is)
Materials:
~Lots of land to find Uranium.

I would prefer nuclear weapons not make a showing at all. Let it not be the player's choice but the moderator's choice. If Milkman has a desire to see our nations find uranium and the discover it's latent properties then we will have access to it; no sooner, no later.
This was designed to be a roleplay around the techlevel of 1940. So no nukes, no biological weapens, no ballistic missles (V1,V2) and no Jets yet. At this moment I find it more important to get the roleplay going and have a steady pace on posting and stuff. Get everybody involved in interesting situations and resolve them and stuff. Maybe later we can make a step in technological advancement. Once we've a couple of hundred post or something.
Even so, a technological step does not automaticly mean Nukes. It is really something I need to think carefully about and how it would influence the RP :)
Agreed. I would rather not see nukes too.

Naarden is a Republic on the the long peninsula jutting down into the sea south of me and is one of the member Republics of the Northern Federal Republic of Unions. Contrary to post by Brink_ it was not, in fact, invaded by the Dereham Republic.

It has been determined that the post represents sensationalist misinformation and rumor spreading by the media of Alleghany after discussing it over with Brink_. It seems to me that the news networks of Alleghany are not trust worthy.

No, I still need to make an updated one. The most current one is the one I've posted on the previous page. I need to update that map with one new nation location and adding Axiom claim to Alleghany.
