Alex listened to what she said and decided to tell her something personal as well since she must be truthful. He said to her, "I believe you and well my real parents actually died in a car crash when I was younger and the parents I was talking about earlier, they're actually my foster parents." He felt sad for Kat since he heard about that fire and thought that she might feel guilty for what she had done. Then he said, "It's not your fault, it was an accident and you didn't mean to." Be wanted to find a way to cheer her up some how but knew that you couldn't cheer someone up if they killed their parents even if it was an accident.

"Oh I'm so sorry that happened" kat said softly went and sat on a bench near the window and set her bags down rub her sore shoulder. "I blame myself everyday. I got so upset over the fact that they got mad for me lighting a little flame to have the fire alarm go off at school so we could get out early. They were yelling at me and I got so mad that the house went up in flames and I cohdknt stop it or get them out. " she wipe her eyes "I heard about this school and I'm on scholarship and I don't want to use my gift anymore than this" she lit her finger. "I can do that and I'm fine. Anything more and people die" she sigh and look out at the view. "I just no one here find out or I'll be hated the whole year"
Alex didn't like to see Kat cry in front of him so he sat down next to her on the bench and thought that he needed to cheer her up somehow even if it was just a little. He looked at her and said, "Don't worry your secret is safe with me," he then asked her, "If your shoulder feel a bit sore I can massage them for you?" He wanted her smile again and thought maybe if he massaged her shoulders for her she might smile again since his foster mom thought him how to give someone a massage.

Alex gently rubbed her shoulders just like how his foster mother thought him to do which tool a while to finally mater it. Then she mentioned snow and thought about her question a bit and responded, " Well I don't know but I think it nigh depending on how the weather will be in the winter." After he finished massaging her shoulder, he quickly conjured up a snow globe with a snow man in it and children look like they're having a snow ball fight. He then looked at her and held out the snow globe and said, "Here I thought since you talked about snow l, well I thought maybe you'd like this snow globe."

He didn't have not many friends back when he was younger since he was usually too gloomy all the time. "I went to middle school for a year, I've only met a few students but then one day I didn't feel like going to school so I was then home schooled for the next few years," he said to Kat. Then he looked at his wrist watch and looked at the time and remembered that they're both lost so he said to Kat, "Well time sure does go by quickly and we still haven't found out dorms yet but how about i help you with your bags and find out where your dorm might be."

John wandered around the academy looking to see if there was anything interesting that was going to happen at this school. If he had nothing better to do then he would try to socialize with the other students to see if any of them really hardcore and not self righteous dorks. he looked around at the other students and thought about which ones might give him the most trouble. He eventually saw kat and Alex together and decided to go say hello. He walked over to them and introduced himself.
"Hello, this is my first year and don't know anyone here, I'm hoping to meet some others who are new to this place as well. The name's John Hammers, I hope we can be friends" he said to them, he was more introducing himself so that he could see who was who in this school for gifted people like him.

The Grand Courtyard
Seth stepped off of one of the blue charter buses used to ferry some of the students to Waverly Academy. It stood before him, a giant multi-story manor complex complete with dorm wings, a sports complex and a gymnasium off to the side, and greenhouses. Acres of land stretched out in a seemingly endless fashion and he could make out a forest behind the manor itself. The pavement and stonework he stood on vibrated with some sort of energy, which he could also feel within himself.
The travel weary students pushed past him as he stood there in awe of the academy. His blue eyes gazed out across the courtyard and saw that many students were huddled in their own groups, some of them already making new friends and groups based on their year grouping. He heard cries of greetings from reunited friends and laughter echo across the courtyard. He saw no staff yet, but that didn't mean they weren't watching from a secret spot. A lot of the students appeared as if they were idling around and waiting for something. Perhaps an opening event from the staff or some sort of announcement?
He took a breath of air before gathering his things. He had brought a suitcase and a backpack with his laptop in it and he hoped they at least had WiFi here. He approached the grand sandstone archway that signified the entrance to the reception area of the school, but he caught his breath at the sight of the brunette girl before him, poised against the archway. Perhaps it was the high ponytail that tried in vain to contain her brown locks, or maybe it was her eyes, sparkling with interest and a certain intensity as she observed the newcomers flowing in. Maybe it was the way she wore the school uniform...
"Urgh!"
...Whatever the reason, the distracted and now dazed Seth found himself sprawled on the ground as he comically slipped on a banana peel some unruly student left on the ground. His suitcase skittered a few feet away as his face met the harsh stone, experiencing hardcore faceplanting at its worst. He let himself lay there for a little bit while the throbbing pain slowly died away.

After making sure that the aria was clear, using eye-glyphs which look like a crossed out O, Vincent creates a bridge out into the attic of the dorm wing. Lord Kitsune had 'persuaded' the school to allow Vincent to set up here, It would allow him to communicate more fluently with his lord. Vince sets up a several warding spells, and then begins to go downstairs to meet his fellow students.
After a bit of wandering he finds John and the two budding love birds, he listens a bit through the wall before constructing a quick gate glyph to a bit of wall near them. The first thing they see is the wall move into the shape of a doorway, which ends up as an oaken door with the number 13&1/2 on it."Hello, You may call me Vince. I couldn't help but hear that you were looking for the dorms. Master Kitsune thought I should talk to you, I am to make friends, and I thought I should tell you we are currently in the dorm wing... If your looking for a class, well Master says that I may lead you their if you wish. Your rooms are nearby, just let me take down this gate." On the door their is a little glyph witch looks almost like a doddle of the Stargate from the movie of the same name and he draws a line through it, after which the door disappears, rumbling slowly disappearing like the wall is absorbing it. Vince then gets up and smiles at the others, not sure how to proceed.

Sam continued to watch the mingling crowd as they milled about the courtyard. She knew that the easiest way to get to know other people was to just introduce herself but being from a sheltered family in Montana hadn't actually prepared her for this..
Again she thought "If only Shelia were here"
As she was wishing that her life could return to normal Sam saw a boy take a dive as his foot skidded off something. Being kind hearted she went to his aid by fetching his suitcase and then kneeling beside Seth

As Alex picked up some bags he responded to Kat's question looking down the hallway, "Well it's probably somewhere around here." Then someone named John introduced himself to him and Kat and said that he was a first year just like him. "Hi I'm Alex and I'm also a first year here but I kinda got lost and of course we can be friends, nice to meet you," Alex said to John. Then someone came up to them but he was here to help them get to their dorms which Alex finally felt relieved that someone knows the way. Alex followed Vince and introduced himself to him, "I'm Alex and I'm glad that I found someone who knows how to get to the dorms oh and thanks for leading us."

John gave Alex a nice smile which he didn't do too often, and we was about say more when he saw Vince make a weird looking door out of the wall and talked about showing them to the classrooms, I'm not really interested in classes, John thought to himself. He wasn't one for classes, that was for snobs in his opinion, but he had no choice since his parents wouldn't let him come back home for such things.
"So you can make doors appear? Not bad, but you should see what I can do" he said to Vince and john morphed his right hand and arm into a large monstrous limb with long and extremely sharp talons.

"yeah yeah yeah, its actually just upstairs... I could get us their quicker, but the powers that be might not allow it. Master Kitsune is telling me I must talk with you all, that each of you are interesting and good people who I may be able to work with. Even if I can replicate at least two of your powers given the Master's permission." He begins to draw two glyphs on the floor, but then he stops suddenly, jerking up as if his chains were being pulled. "But the master says that is not to be shown just now... just now I shall lead you. Master Kitsune says that I may make a quick gate if you wish for it... although I would have to take you through my sanctum ex Deus Vulpedia to get their... It is up to you conjoror, unless the pyrokenetic wishes to speak, or this other who seems confident in his ability which somehow escape me at this time..." Vince glares and John, one of his pupils shifting into an eye-glyph. Then he turns back to Alex.

Slowly Vince's ears and tail fade into reality, being those of a fox, as his lord restricts his ability to create such illusions.

Then he shook his head, bringing himself back down to earth, and steadily picked himself up off the ground, carefully testing for a sprained ankle or anything else he may have hurt as he stood up once more. He brought a hand up to his face testing the few tiny cuts and scratches he had. He felt a little bit of dirt in them, causing them to sting. Seth frowned. He'll have to take care of those when he reached the dorms.
"I'm sorry, I'm just a little clumsy. It runs in the family I suppose, I seem to have acquired my great grandfather's curse of tripping or
slipping at the most inconvenient times. Please, just give me a second here." Seth said and cleared his throat. He reached into his backpack and grabbed a few tissues which he then used to plug his nose.
Once he was done, he cleaned himself and his hands and then stretched his hand out to Sam. "Thanks for picking up my suitcase. I'm Seth, Seth Stellar."

Izo left his room, satisfied that it will cool down to his prefered temperature. He walked down the hall, deciding to explore the school. His icy blue eyes gazed around, eyebrows furrowed. As he was walking, he spotted a kid with an expensive looking atire( the kid is an NPC btw ), and a small grin formed on his face at the sight of a wallet sticking out of the kids back pocket slightly. He couldn't help him self, and approached. As he approached, he faked a trip, falling into the kid, the impact distracting the kid from the hand that slipped into the back pocket and extracted the wallet, slipping it into his own jean pocket. He righted himself and said," dang man, I'm sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going." He replaced his normal expression with one of surprise and embarresment, and after a brief telling off, he walked away, turning several corners before he let a snicker escape, taking the wallet out of his pocket, and opening it. Much to his dismay, there wasn't much in terms of paper money, about forty bucks in it. Enough to get him some food and new clothes when out on the streets though. He spotted the credit card inside, and immediately knew where the rest of the money was kept. But he wouldn't dare take a credit card, that was too easy to get caught with. He walked again, pocketing the cash, and holding the wallet in his hand, planning to dump it in the nearest trash can.
