No, no! I'm just being slow as usual. I tend to only post when I feel inspired to, otherwise it feels like work. Some days, I don't feel like I could make anything worth wild on a post, so I stay away from it for a few days and hope that when I come back, I'll have something better to write.
Sorry if it seemed like I was staying away because you'd done something wrong. Didn't mean it that way at all.
I'm also getting a bit busier with school, so RPing is coming second to that.

So, you're free to do and say whatever you want with Pike and I'm cool with both of us sort of pushing the plot but I do think we need to both decide on what sort of direction we want to go.
My thoughts were that everyone in the town is off at the gym watching a battle between the gym leader and a member of Team Auroras. And basically, Team Auroras is trying to take the gym leaders' pokemon away as a way to sort of limit what the people can do about what they have planned.
That's just my idea. If you have any better, feel free to post them. I honestly don't feel my idea is very solid, so I'd appreciate some feedback and what your ideas might be. :P

Hmm. I can see it.
Pike probably half-heard one of the kids running in and talking to the others about the battle at the gym, Pike himself not actually knowing what's happening aside from the fact that they seemed really excited and determined to get over there, which would catch Desmond's attention, and possibly April's as well. Desmond would certainly be interested in seeing how the Gym Leader battles, and wouldn't mind going over to the Gym and watching the battle before entering one of Pike's classes later on in the day.
Though... The truth of the matter, once they realize it, will anger Desmond greatly. That I can promise you. Pokemon theft isn't something he takes lightly.

It'll trigger April too. She won't know why, but it'll make her very angry. Sort of like, the suppressed memories aren't completely suppressed and she still has the emotional response as if she is remembering the fact that they totally tried to steal Hope from her. Yanno?

Alright. Now we need to decide exactly what's going down in the center of this crowd. I know there's a pokemon battle, but is it single, double? It could be Viola and April's Dad versus a grunt and an admin of Team Auroras or it could simply be Viola versus the Admin and her dad against the grunt sort of deal.
Then we need to decide exactly what led up to this battle, or battles. My thought are that the admin (Which is [Caroline Snow](http://img-cache.cdn.gaiaonline.com/1b0d8b42164fe2abc6eed3066366a19f/http://i1011.photobucket.com/albums/af236/Memorii-chan/My%20Sprites/IceTrainerBanner-1.png), btw.) battled Viola for her pokemon while the grunt, in the chaos that ensued, tried to make off with the pokemon at April's Dad's 'Daycare.' (There isn't a daycare in Santalune, but let's, for the sake of the RP, pretend one popped up after the events of X and Y and he started it in his home.)

Hmm. Perhaps that can be more linked to Caroline's way of operating; Would she work with a lowly grunt(Leading to a Two-on-Two trainer battle), or want to deal with the Gym Leader herself while using the Grunt as a method to keep April's Dad from interfering? (Leading to two different battles happening in the same general space?)

I think this sounds fine, though I have to say that trying to steal baby Pokemon is even more of an offense than stealing strong, already grown Pokemon. This is officially my least favorite grunt of all time, he is at the maximum level of grunt evil and must be disposed of with no mercy whatsoever.

Alright. I think the former would make more sense as Caroline would probably think very lowly of the grunt doing the dirty work.
How does this sound for assigned parts in situations like these, I'll RP the baddies, and you RP the good guys. From the way it sounds, I'm more apt to think like Team Auroras. (Not that I think that way, I just don't feel as strongly as you do it seems... xD) And in any case like this, unless one side out numbers the other, ie; three Auroras Members vs one 'good' guy, then we'd have to spread it more evenly because I don't like RPing too many characters all at once and four at a time would be a bit much. Lol.

I'm open to playing either side, honestly. I used to run the entire Cipher organization, so being the bad guy is fun for me, too. (Blowing up labs and beating up kids, joyous.) I'm glad to even out roles in any given situation, considering having so many roles for one other person and their single character would be silly.
In this current situation, I'd be comfortable controlling the Grunt and Viola while you control April's Dad and Caroline. That sound good? Sharing is caring, and I think it'd be better for you to control April's father anyhow.
