Think back to the 70's, the golden age of Rock 'n Roll. The time where rock bands rented out ENTIRE hotels for extreme excessive partying. The time where if you were in a band, you where a hero! Back when the music meant something. Back when...ok you get the idea. You start out in the early seventies in a fresh, young band just about to make it big. Now, I got the idea for this after I finished reading _The Hammer of The Gods: The Led Zeppelin Saga_, which obviously documents the history of the holy grail themselves, Led Zeppelin. What I noticed when reading this was, first and foremost; How are these people still alive? and secondly; Just how did it end up like this? or why did this happen? or why aren't they in a mental hospital at this point? The real world Rock 'n Roll scene was(and still very much is) filled to the brim with drug addiction, death, mental breakdowns, creative low-points, mafia style management, and tiring world tours. The bottom line is, you start out super strong, but as you go I will pepper in these horrifying realizations that you are NOT invincible. I'm kinda interested in seeing just how far you can go, and yes I will include the evolution of music through the decades and eras accordingly...that is to say you will survive until then. So, who's interested? Any ideas would be nice too, I'm always open for suggestions.

EXACTLY THE SCENE I WAS THINKING OF WHEN I WAS TYPING THAT DOWN!I love that game. Anyways, I was thinking we have 4 or maybe 5 players in the band, and then maybe a few players on the managerial side, like a road manager or something.

Dude, why does this not have more interest? Don't these foolish young metalhead posers realize that their favorite music wouldn't exist without the likes of Led Zeppelin, Kiss, Alice Cooper, Blue Öyster Cult, The Doors and a hundred other killer bands who influenced or were contemporaries of Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest???

Good, it seems we have 4 (though I'm not so sure about BingTheWing, as he hasn't really said a word) maybe we should wait for a few more who are interested, after all it wouldn't hurt to have a few extra in the band and we always need some managers.

iSuspect, you think you can handle a band member an a manager? I think I'll handle the band manager, but we need a road manager (plans tours, handles travel, supplies band with cash, booze, drugs, and women/men) It's an important role, and because of this you will become sort of a co-GM. What do you say?
