My power is thast I can amplify the surrounding sounds into anyones head. We're hold up in the basement of a small shop just outside the 2021 memorial. -more gunfire- Sean! No! Shit, Sean is down. Please help us. Plea- The year is 2026. On the island of Redbridge which is located west of Wales and connected to it by a large red bridge there are people known as Outcasts. People with powers. Along with these people are the Broken Blades. People assigned to protect the city from these people who they deemed "Outcasts". They were first formed in 2014. The island is a large city in the middle surrounded by a huge forest all around. As an alternative to the lengthy journey of the red bridge there are a few ports with ferries going between Redbridge and Wales. The Outcasts were hated but they mostly lived in peace, with the Blades only attacking Outcasts that committed crimes. Then came the attack in 2021. A terrorist attack led by an Outcast. He had strolled into a largely populated building and started to glow purple. People started to run but they couldn't escape the explosion that devastated the building and the buildings around it. People cried for help. Cried for someone to stop the Outcasts once and for all. New leaders rose in the Blades ranks amid the destruction. Leaders that had pledged to lead the Blades against a war with the Outcasts to wipe them out completely. Armed with superior technology that could counter certain abilities and detect Outcasts the Blades evacuated the city and slaughtered any Outcast that tried to leave. After the evacuation a large dome-like energy barrier known as The Wall showed up; trapping any Outcast in the city. The city is empty. Outcasts hide within buildings or the forest while the Blades patrol the island, killing anyone in sight. Now all the Outcasts can do is hide. Survive. Maybe even plot to destroy the Blades. The rp starts half an hour before the message at the top is sent out. Rules: 1) Swearing is allowed. 2) There is a maximum character limit of 3 seperate outcasts per person. 3) Keep romances to a minimum and if there is any sexual activity is not allowed. 4) No overpowered, god mode characters. 5) No auto hitting other people. For example, "I punched him" is not allowed. Instead use "I swung for him" and they can decide whether they get hit or not. Punching isn't that big of a deal, it wqsnjust an example. This rule would probably apply when using more powerful attacks. I should also mention that something like a friendly punch on the arm or a quick punch at someone because they're annoying you doesn't count. 6) Just a small addition to rule 5 but also you must get hit sometimes, no just deciding that you will never get hit whenever someone attacks you. 7) Type Outcast under your CS 8) There is a person limit. Just a quick note: You'd probably be a lot safer if you didn't go actively looking for blades. No matter how strong you think you are, they'll have a slight upper hand almost all the time
